I have been shopping at this C.V.S since 1999 now it's 2023. I have seem many improvements. I have met many people. I enjoy shopping at store. Some of the products are high and some at a good price. All the Staff are friendly. I have met some that wasn't friendly but they don't work there anymore.

Hands down my FAV store in Winston Salem, especially for downtown area....Holly one of the store managers is THE BEST and sooooo helpful and patient....love her!!!

Bought abble juice here because I was thirsty but was apple juice what I really needed I am not sure of this but I bought it. I bought pop tarts while I was here because I was hungry I am not sure if this but I bought it. Maybe my experience here happens and maybe it did not but I remember the nteriot of the building as a tiny worm with many leg crawling through the wonderful experience with great cashiers and family good environment for all is welcoming and clean (somewhat of a lie lol) but you can’t win them all can you? Yass and slay

Been getting my meds here for year's, in the past year the service is horrible and try calling to speak to someone the phone hangs up on you.Will be looking for another Drug store, I just spend over $6,000.00 a year in meds a lone not counting other I money I spend on other things.Don't take care of old customers!
