I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Cricket store on Hanes Mill Rd that I feel compelled to share. From the onset, the level of customer service was abysmally low. Upon entering the store, I was bluntly informed by the representative that access to my account was impossible, and to my dismay, they couldn't even confirm whether calling customer support would resolve the issue.My visit was solely to purchase a SIM card to transition from an eSIM to a physical SIM for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. However, the situation quickly escalated when the representative, while on a call with her manager, switched between speaking English and Spanish—apparently not realizing I understood both languages. It became clear, despite understanding every word, that they were unwilling to sell me just a SIM card.Feeling undeterred, I reached out to customer service from my vehicle, who swiftly unlocked my account. With customer support still on the line, eager to ensure everything was resolved, I returned to the store at 7:58 PM. Despite the door being open and the representative visibly waiting for the day to end, she coldly informed me she could not assist as she was closing in two minutes, refusing service even with customer support intervening on my behalf.This experience not only highlighted a gross lack of professionalism but also a blatant disregard for customer needs and circumstances. After navigating through the process of contacting customer support and returning to the store in good faith, the refusal to provide assistance was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable.

Came here because my mother in law's iPhone 11 stopped working. She bought it from Cricket less than 2 months ago. The representative was ZERO help. She offered no solutions other than for my mother in law to pay over $200 MORE to get another phone. Completely worthless and EXACTLY the reason why I don't personally use Cricket for my wireless carrier. So frustrating!
