Clean location with friendly and helpful folks behind the counter. They were able to help me get my wife's phone number retrieved to a new SIM card after her phone was stolen. As an aside, whoever stole that phone, you picked the wrong one! Cricket service as a whole, I've had them for years, here in the Triad and back when I lived in NY. I have typically had great service, and they offer a good variety of options for monthly data and phone service. You can buy phones direct or bring your own. Customer service is unfortunately limited, as even the store staff have to call a number to help you with what you need. When I tried to call, the wait time was ridiculous, and they never did get to me via phone. Still, it's not often I need their customer service, and they manage to provide what I need in a phone service. The app is a tad buggy, but I am able to switch up service on the fly so that I can add data when I need it but also pay less when I don't need it. Thanks for good service and value, Cricket. And to whoever broke in my car and stole that phone, I suggest you sleep with one eye open!

Was looking for a new cell phone and wireless company because my phone service had went out of business. Decided to go back to "cricket wireless" haven't been a member for nearly twenty years now. Customer service was not the best at all. They had given me a 5 G free phone that was damage on the inside of the camera. Wasn't friendly into helping me at all. They gave me only a 1-800 number to call. Very disappointed in the service they gave me. I really got scammed. Make sure you all check your phones before buying them and make sure it comes directly out the box and get your receipts. God bless

Went with my son to get my ex. A new phone the young lady who helped us was by far the best I've ever had in any phone store. And I average about two phones a year.

The lady was so rude. I received my phone in the mail I wanted to know how i could transfer my contacts over. She did a couple of things Then she said you have to push contacrs 1 by 1. What cellphone place setting phones dont have Wi-fi.She stood with her hands in her pockets rushing us along
