I recently visited the cricket store and had an outstanding experience. The staff members were incredibly friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to assist me. They made the process of getting a brand new phone fast and hassle-free. I appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this store to others. Definitely a 5-star experience!

First Lady was eager to help, till a second lady showed up then suddenly the First Lady was no longer allowed to help me. The second lady then alienated me to the point that I refuse to give cricket any money. I spent an extra 100 dollars just to not give them money.

I went to this Cricket store Saturday Afternoon and the girl working didnt even TRY to help me at all with my phone issue so i went to the Cricket store on University and THE LADY TRIED EVERYTHING TO HELP ME!!!! so i will NEVER go to the Cricket store on New Walkertown Road ever again for any of my Issues I will go to a Cricket Store where i know i will get the Help that i Need

If I could give the rude sales people at cricket on new walkertown less than one star i would. They jerked me around for 3 days telling me they couldnt get the port to go thru, then after I called 3 times friday and they lied saying they were working on it, I went in and the "manager" said with a total "F-you" attitude that the promotion was over, not their problem... they refused to give me contact info on the franchisee or any higher power.I went on line and worked directly with cricket, got what I wanted, saved the activation fee and bought the cases etc we needed for a fraction of the cost. Avoid this cricket store at all costs... they are nasty, rude and only care about selling you over priced accessories... not helping you at all....Will NEVER go near this store again....Ironically, the salesperson at metro pcs just two doors down was very nice and friendly...
