First off what a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank You Carol & Josh they were amazing & very knowledgeable. We knew what we wanted. We had been looking and test driving Nissan Armada's for quite sometime, we found the 2020 Armada at TrueBuy & went in with a mindset of were going to buy if all goes well, & it's meant to be. Well we found the right people to make our vision a reality at TrueBuy Automotive, Carol & Josh made our buying experience superb. ? ? they both worked on getting us in & out very quickly so it wasn't a lengthy drawn out buying experience, in no way shape or form did I feel as if they were trying to get me rushed or pushed through the buying experience!! Ms. Carol has been in the car business for 30yrs. so she knows the business, They got me approved in minutes great job!! PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!!!CUSTOMERS BEWARE, I was going to purchase a car from them because my credit union deals with Truebuy automotive, trust me people I love my credit union, eventually I found a car that interest me and was going to purchase it through my credit union from Truebuy automotive this car was sold while in process, I was told it was a cash offer so they sold it, ?? I decided to drive down to see what they had on there lot I met a young man named Todd who was very nice and apologetic for the point of the car being sold, but I know how car dealers do they'll take cash first, so later on Todd gives me a call and told me he found the perfect car for me And the price was what I was looking for. but I needed to do a application with them just so they can have my information on file, I stated I DO NOT WANT MY CREDIT CHECK THAT I WILL BE PURCHASING THROUGH MY CREDIT UNION I WAS TOLD OH NO MISS ALLEN NO ONE WILL BE CHECKING YOUR CREDIT THIS IS JUST FOR OUR RECORDS the next day I received a alert that my credit was checked by Truebuy automotive,and l could not get anyone to answer the phone, so I called Todd's cell I had his number because he had sent me pictures of a car that had came in, PLEASE BEWARE This makes Two Strikes when talking to Todd he reinsured me that Truebuy automotive did not do a credit check on me, that made me really mad ? so I sent proof never heard from him again ? NEXT SOME MANAGER CALLS ME AND TELLS ME IT WON'T COUNT TOWARDS MY CREDIT IF I BUY THE CAR FROM THEM, I WAS APPROVED BY MY CREDIT UNION, THEY HAD NO BUSINESS RUNNING MY CREDIT WHITOUT MY APPROVAL HOW DUMB IS THAT THIS IS NOT MY FIRST RODEO PLEASE BEWARE.... BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER, THEY JUST WANT TO BEND YOU OVER!!!IF YOU CAN'T CONTACT THIM BY PHONE BEWARE, DONT BELIEVE ME TRY CALLING NOW!

The car I bought from y’all has been trouble since I’ve got it I winded up having to have a mechanic put a brand new motor in the car Because it had a junkyard motor like it had markings on the motor from a junkyard on it, blew up not even a month after purchasing and only got to drive it 2000 miles then it caught on fire and total loss then to call up there for the gap we know we know we got on the car saying we don’t have gap on the vehicle which when we signed for the car we talked about gap for about 45 minutes before we decided we needed it

Terrible service, I bought a car and one week it failed. The worst thing is that they sold me a warranty but they told me that what failed had no warranty. The car already had the muffler detached and even then they didn't even want to help me.

If you looking for a used car with low mileage hit up Dontae at True Buy Automotive, he’s patient with you cause looking for a new car can be stressful but he understands and don’t just try to put you in anything plus he ask you what you feel like you could pay a month and doesn’t force payments on you that’s out of your price range. From this day forward I know where I’m shopping for a new vehicle because donate and his coworkers make this whole car buying process easy and straightforward. I would Recommend this dealership to anybody in the search of a new vehicle definitely 10 out of 10 experience.
