“The name of this store is deceiving.. I went in expecting to only see jewelry. However, I was surprised with the variety of gifts and special items they had. I could have spent hours shopping!! The customer service was stellar!! I will be back to do some Christmas shopping!!”
“Gaia is the most creative clothing store in the state of NC. “Style is a way to say who you are without having to speak”. Robbie H. is the masterful owner who has an eye for design and sheer beauty. She and her staff can dress you for any occasion or just help you perk up your existing wardrobe. The clothing is so amazing that you want to buy everything in the store! Robbie has a large customer base from all over the United States. Her sense of style and fashion is like no other. “I am from out of town and happened to find this shop on my way to dinner. I popped in and loved it immediately!! The owner actually stayed open a little later for me to finish shopping. “This is a Hot Topic in the lower level of Hanes Mall. It's a fairly small store, narrow but long. There isn't a ton of walkable space if it is busy, and man, this store is busy. It was mostly clean and pretty tidy, but it was a bit loud and more disorganized than other HTs I have been in. Staff were nice though.”

“Thank you to Christian for his amazing customer service! I was shopping online for a gift for my wife this christmas, but I could not really figure out the size differences and color options in the long coats, so I decided to give this store at hanes mall a call, and so glad I did!
Christian took the time to understand my predicament and gave me options over the phone, and when I asked him if I could come in because I lived in a different town 30 mins away, he said absolutely and that he would set aside some examples to truly make sure I got what was needed.
When at the store he showed me all the things we discussed and even brought out the tape measure to truly be detail specific.We agreed on the color and coat and made the order process and breeze!
He also stated that the sale was not the end process, but that if for any reason the coat did not fit as expected, to please contact him and he would work with us to make it right.
