We walked into the salon this morning and asked if it was appointment only. Kim was the only person working at the time and she said that since she was short staffed she does ask for appointments; however if my daughter and I came back in 20 minutes she would be glad to help us. We came back just as she was finishing up with her scheduled appointment and she started our pedicures right away. We both immensely enjoyed our pedicures, the conversation, and getting to know Kim as the owner of City Nails. We had been looking for a salon that offered quality work and we have found it! We will definitely be scheduling future appointments with Kim!

My nails look beautiful! I went in for dip nails and saw another customer getting gel powder nails with gel polish, so I switched. It took the same amount of time, but I was educated on how to care for them, which I was appreciative of.

Nice place, I was able to bring my mom, daughter and myself for a pedicure and manicure. The owners sister did a wonderful job with my 95 year old mothers feet. We had a relaxing and great time, we will be returning.

Nice place. I think $50 for a basic gel polish pedicure is a bit much. Not usually on that side of town so I googled nail salons. Actually, it isn't the price of the basic gel polish pedicure that shocked me but what little that pedicure offered. In other parts of town, a $50 pedicure gets you a wonderful leg and feet massage along with a hot stone massage with aromatherapy of your choice. So, this isn't about not being able to afford a $50 gel polish pedicure. This is about how basic this pedicure for $50.

I love the atmosphere of the shop. It is very peaceful and calm. Kim is kind and does a great job with my nails. I have been happy every single time. After having my nails done here for several months, I would have a hard time understanding why anybody would not like this business or Kim. She is kind and attentive to her customers.

This shop is a gem. I love how clean and peaceful the atmosphere is, and you can tell the owner, Kim, puts a lot of effort into making the salon as relaxing as possible. All of the staff are so friendly and accommodating. I always leave with beautiful nails and a smile on my face. Even when I went 4 or 5 weeks between a full, my nails did not chip or lift at all. I've thought about trying other places in the area, but I simply do not see the point. City Nails has earned my business!

Dai was so great. I had an initial brow shaping/waxing. He knows how to read people so well. Started off very professional and polite and i think was able to read my personality and make the appt very personable. We got along great. My appt was approximately an hour during which he considered and explained the shape of my face and brows as well as what shape he believed would best suit both. Remember! Your brows are sisters, not twins. Having started with cousins, i would say we made it to half sisters and i look forward to continuing this journey with Dai. This is the first time ive ever had my brows done that didnt leave me feeling like i would still have to fill in my thin arch area with makeup. I also generally suffer from red, sensitive combo/oily skin, all of the products used left my skin feeling just fine and no noticeable redness around the brow. The actual waxing was painless, the detail tweezing was done patiently rather than the usual treatment of rushed, ripping out ive come to expect from other waxers. I made the right decision choosing to come here and highly recommend Dai!Service: Waxing

A nice small salon. The ladies do a great job and have some innovative painting and embellishments for your nails. Basic pedicures. They only take cash or cash app so will need to remember.

Very disrespectful she messed my nails up and all fell off my advice is not to go there she charged me 35 then 70 for a design and I asked my money back she said are u crazy don’t ever come back here my friend told me and this is how I am getting treated :(Service: Dip powder

I have been coming to City Nails for years. Kim always does great work and my nails look amazing. Recently, a friend invited me to go to their salon with them to get our nails done. After two weeks the gel that they applied was chipped, cracking and getting caught on my clothes and hair. Thankfully, Kim was able to get me in right away to repair the damage that had been done. I learned my lesson and will never go anywhere else. Thanks Kim for the beautiful work that you do!!

It was my 1st time going to this shop. Before I could get in the door the tech who was working told me that she "had no time for me today". The tech was working on 1 client and another client was sitting at the nail dryer. I've never been "greeted" in this manner at any establishment. No hello, hi, etc...just rudeness!! Customer service and social skills are fundamental! I will never try to patronize your shop again!!
