Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I made an appointment as a new client to get my hair done before my son's basic training graduation next week. The salon cancelled my appointment by mistake and I did not get notified. When I showed up, I waited 24 minutes to find out that the person I scheduled with wasn't even there and didn't want to fit me later in the day because she didn't want her next client to feel rushed because she was new. They just kept saying they didn't understand how that happened. I didn't care how it happened. I just wanted it to be remedied Nobody else could do my hair today and I was offered nothing to make up for it. I didn't think I should be punished when I didn't make the mistake. I left in tears because now I have no way to get my hair done before my trip. ?

2nd time I've been and the 2nd time I didn't get what I was supposed to. The stylist even pulled up a picture of a cut that was straight across in the back. Got home and looked with my glasses on and it goes way up in back. All the way up to my hair line to show off my psoriasis which is NEVER what I want. If I stick my nose up on the air like a snob my hair is even. Its a well done cut but wrong ?? Don't think I'll be back for a 3rd strike.

This place is very professional and all ears. I have been going to this salon once or twice a year for my hair needs. Molly has been my go-to hairdresser for six years now and never fails to impress me. She’s super talented, and her energy is always positive to be around. I recommend her to anyone.

I decided to come here because of the wonderful reviews. I got a basic cut done by Shane and I have never had my haircut so uneven. I didn’t realize until after I left the salon, but once I saw myself in the mirror it looked as if I had tried cutting my own hair.Service: Haircut

Brittany is amazing! I have been going to her for years. I’m personally a blonde, but I’ve sent friends their with various hair colors and she has done amazing on them all! Everyone there is so kind.

I have been in Winston for 5 years and could never find someone that could get my blonde the way I wanted until I went to Molly recently. She did an amazing job with my highlights and my cut. She also was very welcoming. I’d highly recommend her.

I am a part-time resident here and needed a good clean-up maintenance cut I heard about this salon from a good friend here and took a chance in calling for Shane. I am BEYOND pleased. He is the first stylist I think I have ever had who listened and gave me the cut I truly love. I will not worry about my hair any more when I’m here in WS. I’m in good hands! Have been coming here for over 15 years. Atmosphere is fun and chic. They do amazing color. Facials are nice. They do Fairy Hair! My new favorite thing where they weave in shiny foil strands in different color. Most pieces stayed in for 4-6 months?.

Shane knows hair! I have naturally light brown hair and wanted to go platinum. He has helped me slowly get there so that my hair stays healthy. Every haircut he gives I absolutely love! I always get so many compliments on my hair since going to Shane for all my hair color and cuts. He has a great schedule, if you book easily enough in advance, he will have openings at many times in the day to accommodate your schedule as well. I am able to get my hair cut and colored on my lunch break, makes it so easy to schedule and I don't feel rushed at all. He is just that quick and good at his job.Great prices and I have never left unhappy! I tell everyone to come here. If you want great hair, you need Shane.
