Not like it was in its prime. The 1980s was the time to be at the mall. It’s a shell of what it once was. But it was great during my generation. I predict the entire mall will be closed within 10 years. It gets an extra star simply for nostalgia.

This mall is getting run down. If you need to use the restroom, I suggest you use one from the large department stores. I made the mistake of using one on the lower level across from Dave and Busters. It was pretty creepy. The stalls don't lock and the water wasn't running at any of the four sinks. There are no cameras outside the restrooms and they are away from the general public. When I came out of the restroom, there was a man just standing there and I was the only woman in the women's restroom. There are lots of unoccupied stores and I really didn't enjoy my trip there

My son wanted to check out a couple of stores. We used the restroom and they were stocked and cleaned.

I haven't been to Hanes Mall for the past 10+ years, and I have to say that the standards for this establishment have been significantly lowered. One store in particular, included in my photos, created a rather aggressive environment by posting warnings to all who enter that they are on camera and will be prosecuted if caught shoplifting. I believe this policy is commonly understood in a retail setting and doesn't need to be posted for everyone to read; it's a little off-putting.

Very neat upkept mall but I noticed less and less ppl shopping more just walking around to view stores it’s ashamed this place has peaked it used to be great and live.Ive been 4x in 2 weeks its been dull and just bland feeling what’s happening but it is clean.

Some of the public bathrooms were closed. Of those that were open, some were dirty and others did not have toilet paper. Very unpleasant.lis bathrooms.

It is great to walk around and has a variety of types of shops, clean, plenty of options for dining as well.
