Staff needs to improve customer service! I have been to store twice and each time staff has not acknowleged my presence nor assisted me in anyway. The only reason I gave them a two stars was because of the clothes. I decided to go to another store (Ross and Marshalls) where the staff was willing to assistance me. This is where I spent my $500, where there was great customer service.

This is by far the worst Cato ever. When you walk in. They do not say welcome to Cato or how can we help you? The women working just stood there and talked. Oct 6,2020 6:26 unreal so disappointed. Way to go Cato in Lincolnton N.C. far better.

Sales clerks are always helpful and polite. Great place to get business attire and accessories. Located in a shopping center with other stores. Very convenient location.
