The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. We had rear-end damage to a 2002 Ford Focus, and when we got the car back you would never know it happened. The paint match and blend was PERFECT. They got it done as scheduled. Couldn't be happier.

Everyone was very professional, nice, and welcoming! They fixed my truck twice as fast as promised. It wasn't an easy paint job Ford Raptor with Shadow Black paint. Perfect match and blend. Looks better than factory. They even did an amazing job washing the truck!!!

They did a great job on the repair. My on request would be to contact customers and make them aware periodically where you are on the repair and they had my car for 21 days and the only contact from them was to come pick it up, I initiated all other contact. Second request, please cleanup your mess you make in someone else’s car…. I had white stuff all over my floor and steering wheel of the drivers side. Easily cleaned up but more your responsibility than mine.

I’d add more stars if I could! The work and service at North Point Collision is above and beyond other collision centers. They are professional, detailed, and won’t settle for less than perfect. I took my BMW X3 there after I was hit from behind and they were amazing. My car looks better than when I purchased it, it's so obvious they take great pride in their work.
