Our 10yo Dyson is almost as good as new. Top notch customer service and they finished a day early. My old girl is working, sounding, looking and smelling right nice. 4 stars because it was a bit pricey. It was worth it and I'll be using them again. I'm actually considering one of theirs that has a 10 year parts and 7 year labor warranty. I'll let you know if I get one...

Friendly and helpful staff that responded quickly to my needs. They were able to order what I wanted and have it available for pickup in a timely fashion. Plan to shop here again, maybe for some of their carpet cleaning products for pets!

I’ve been working with Heidi @ Carolina Vacuums for many years and she is the absolute BEST! She is very knowledgeable about the brands they carry and always very helpful! I had a stand up Oreck for years; however, it just wasn’t meeting our needs any longer as we have a doggie that sheds ALOT! I am beyond thrilled with my newest purchase of the SEBO D4 premium canister model…This baby is NO JOKE!!!! The best vacuum I have ever owned and hands down the BEST vacuum for Pets!Thank you, Heidi!!!

Carolina vacuums was so helpful in repairing my cordless Dyson’s trigger. The repair was reasonably priced and fix in a timely manner. The staff was so nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend this place!

Excellent advice from Brian about the whole house vacuum cleaner that came in the house when we bought it. He was very knowledgeable and patient when answering all my questions, and was able to recommend a set of new parts to make it work well. I enjoyed our interaction, and would highly recommend this business!

Excellent customer service and turn around for the vacuum ?️ repairs. The team here walked us through their diagnostic process, charged a flat fee to take a look, and the repair was covered with the initial fee. All in all our Dyson vacuum was back in the house within 2 days. They also sell vacuums, cleaning solution, and accessories. This location also has ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking and access.
