Rock stars, period. Had bushing and bolt break on my trailer tracking arm. The hanger was ruined too. They got the bolt. Put it in. Put some weld to it. I made it to my destination with 43k in the box then to a trailer repair shop.Greatly appreciate them

I contacted the company to inspect a box truck that I was interested in purchasing. Although it was short notice, they traveled to the truck and completed a thorough inspection, which played a major role in my decision of executing the purchase. Since then, I have been a continuous customer. When it comes to regular maintenance and/or mechanical issues with my truck, On-Site has made it their duty to handle it ASAP.Services: Air conditioning

ZOIKS! These guys ROCK! I submitted a request the previous night and I called the next morning. The receptionist had a warm welcome for me. I told her about my clutch pedal loosing resistance in my box truck. She relayed the message to Kyle the service manager and he reached out to me. Awesome dude! He sent a tech out to diagnose the problem. The tech was DJ and he was friendly and very knowledgeable. My problem was his problem. At the end of the diagnosis DJ knew that my clutch cable had popped. He told me that the part would be in no later than Wednesday. That put me at ease. That was yesterday 4/25/2022 Monday. So I arrived home today 4/26/2022 Tuesday after my first shift gig. I had the window up in the dining room and I heard something in the drive way. I pulled the curtain back and to my surprise it was DJ and another tech doing their THANG!DJ had me take the truck for a spin and it was right. I was happy and my customer was glad to see me pull up and haul his junk away! These guys and gal made more than my day!Carolina onsite is the upper ECHELON in customer service and hands on repair work. They will most definitely be my new go to! I highly recommend them for business fleet and regular non commercial vehicles. Keep at it Gents.!

I submitted the service order on their website and had a response the same day to confirm the service would be completed before my store started our deliveries for the day
