It was unfortunate that I had to bring my new car back so soon after purchasing but the service was amazing! The nice front desk lady hooked me up with coffee and a quiet place to work
I joked I was going to come back and work from there a few days a week.

Y'all got me a nice Hyundai with some gap thing coverage that I will never probably use . I wonder if yall knew about the recalls for alot of Hyundai brands including the one I paid for with y'all .. 2017 and I'm paying 649.77 a month.

So we recently purchased a van-Honda Odyssey from carmax in winston and everyone was very helpful well then it just messed up had a problem with the radiator fan and cooling condenser which was causing it to amp to high killing the battery which was covered under warrenty everyone I've talked to/ dealt with there has been very helpful and super nice couldn't have asked for a better experience especially with my very first purchase on a newer vehicle.

Salesman Joe was excellent. I loved being able to walk in and pick out a car with no hassles or pushy salesmen. It really seemed too good to be true. We bought a car and when driving it off the lot it began smoking like crazy out of the muffler. It had not done that when we test drove it. After waiting for almost 2 hours with minimal updates, we were finally provided a loaner car. They had our new vehicle for over a week to get it checked by the manufacturer. We got the car and it seems to be fine now. Not sure how it passed all of their “inspections” before releasing the car to be sold. They do not do things there quickly. Expect to spend all day there basically. Please buy the extended warranty!
