I called them that morning and they had a spot for me that afternoon to replace both windows. I was unable to leave for appointment time, I had to sit in the lobby while they worked on my car. They helped me out by allowing multiple people to work on my car so I wouldn’t have to sit in the lobby for long. Both windows were replaced in an hour.
