The asian lady was super sweet. I stopped by to pick up a beanie and some scarves. I didnt expect much from this store because of the location. It was the closest beauty supply on my way to target and walmart. The inside is nice. Going back soon for a quick versatile sew weave lol. This and another store will be my go to.

They have everything! Usually when I find a new beauty supplier some things I still can't find. At BT Beauty I found all the items I was looking for. The staff is helpful, they don't hover! Excellent product lines. 5 stars!

The lady that work there is very rude!!! They don’t sell certain products and get mad at you for asking!!! Don’t recommend at all. Go to beauty world 10 mins from there!!

The lady with the glasses at the register (maybe the owner) always watches me while I shop. She has literally followed me around the store the two times I've shopped here. I have never stolen a day in my life so I'm very offended. She should at least not make it so obvious when she does this. Also the variety of products in the store aren't good. I wont be going back.

The lady was rude and had a attitude when I asked about 2 product she sold me .....I asked her did they do the same thing and she acted like I was getting on her nerves as she put her hands on her hips this store has bad customers service and I will not be going back I got the impression that they want black womens money but they do not like or respect or like us

Pathetic ,the store has only been open for an hour.There's a sign on the door that say "will be back in 10 minutes" me and another lady have been waiting for 30 minutes!Throw the whole damn store away !

If I could leave zero I would. You have a closing time posted of 7:00 not 6:45 or 6:50 so either change it or stick to it. I've wasted gas and time to come to this store multiple times because of this and it's unacceptable and I will not be returning ever again

Its a cool hair store kinda pricey compared to other hair stores but its always clean and the staff does talk to you. I just wish they had more hair but, you cant over pack the store it has so much space but, i go there alot and have no problems so i recommend them to others.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I wasn't greeted at the door. The variety for anything compared to other BSS in the area is not the best. There was another couple in while I was there. Asking where things are. A young lady sat on the floor pointing to where things were instead of walking them to the items that they were asking about. I got up to the counter with two items and the owner didn't even speak. He just scanned my items and took my money and gave my my change without counting it back or even saying have a nice day. Don't waste your time or your hard earned money here. Go to Beauty World where you'll be treated right.

The employees and owners are really nice. When you walk in they greet you hello. It is nice and clean and everything is in order. They are friendly and help you find what you need. The owner gave me a good discount on my wig
