Stood in the store for 10 minutes and did not receive any help or acknowledgment in the store after calling out for assistance. I’m guessing store was unattended!

I was able to use the bpme rewards here without any issues. 15 off per gallon. The only issue at the pump was that it stopped when the tank wasn't full, and when I tried again to finish, it said that there were technical difficulties.

This store is very clean and the employees have always been very nice to me . It always has a professional atmosphere, I have shopped there for years and have always been impressed.

Each I go there I always felt this woman apparently to be in her 40s (maybe I’m wrong) she’s short with medium blonde. She usually do inventory and ensure store is all stocked with beverages and snacks etc. I always love her presence because she’s sweet to me. Even I thought she’s gorgeous. Anyway each time I come and see her I always felt happy and made my soul smile.

Very unprofessional. I do not wear masks and the employee managing the cash register saw me walking in and started to bang on the window form inside the store, and then proceeded to make a hand gesture indicating I need to put on a mask. Not only will I not tolerate being told to wear a mask but being disrespectful and unprofessional is even worse. I will not return here again.

No receipt at the pump. I went inside to get a receipt and the store clerk had an attitude because I said there was no pump number on the pump. Only two cars were at the gas pumps and I pointed to my car. He had a real attitude problem. I have been coming to this BP gas station at 701 Jonestown Road in Winston Salem, NC for over two years. First time ever such poor customer service!

Great gas prices, love the number of pumps, and the great snacks and drinks selection in the store. They have nice employees and clean restrooms. It can get a little unsafe late at night.

I asked for someone to call me back from corporate from this gas station and no one ever called me back. They are very unprofessional and rude. I was told that there was a limit on the amount of newspapers I could buy and I needed newspapers for my child's project. It was very much a waste of time and I will never buy from the place again. It is very disappponting because my grandmother and I have been going there for years (before she passed away). I would not recommend this place to anyone.
