I entered my fuel rewards number and had 30 cents off per gallon. Around gallon 7 (my tank takes 20), the pump just shut off. I went inside to ask the clerk what happened and he claimed it just does that sometime. He then just pressed a button on a device he was holding and said it works again. It did, but I was unable to redeem my discount for the other 13 gallons since my last transaction was cancelled. When I went back inside and said something again, the cashier just looked at me and said nothing, so I left. I believe he shut it off and didn't want me to have the discount. The employee did not care at all and was rude. I will not go here ever again.

Aside from being conveniently close by, this particular BP gas station has the cheapest gas prices in town (under Sam's Club, of course, which no one in town can beat). Unlike Sam's Club, however, this BP Family Fare Station and store is never crowded so there's never really a long wait in long lines of customers.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Prices have increased but that is everywhere. And service was quick too.

If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to go on Apple Maps to call this location and there was no number listed. I hope this location's walls crumble to the ground revealing an Indian burial ground that cursed anyone who ever made the mistake of stepping foot on this property. This location was likely the true ground zero of COVID-19 you bat soup serving MF's. Fuck PB!

cashier (felix) couldn't make purchase go through and blamed me for doing something wrong. wouldn't admit system was slow and refused to take responsibility. felix was very disrespectful and mean. won't be coming back.

Cliff is a great worker. Always a smile on his face, he helped me with directions and is a great listener. The store facilities were clean and I recommend people come here and meet Cliff.
