The customer service is outstanding. They helped me so much with an exchange on boots I ordered that didn't fit. Store is neat clean organized. The boot prices range from 60$ to 400. So you definitely can find your new boots there on your budget!!!

It's my first time there, and I had an outstanding experience. The folks there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable!
The pricing is very competitive, and their selection is huge. So if you're looking for a pair of boots to work in, or to wear everyday, I highly recommend Boot Barn! I will certainly be back to get my next pair of boots there.

if youre looking for poorly trained associates and management this is the perfect place. my experience with this business has been nothing pleasant from the first time i chose to come here. they let their associates steal with zero discipline and then punish their associates for other peoples actions. most retail businesses are trash, but if youre wanting good boots and more trustworthy customer service i would shop at Cavenders or elsewhere.

At those high markups, they should at least help you a little bit. The only people I know that for sure working tonight was the three girls hanging out up front chitchatting, but besides that I couldn’t find any help. There was a nice pair of boots I wanted to buy, but I could only find random pairs on the bottom shelves for some reason. It was the same boot, but on different isles, with no real rhyme or reason.

I seen by the reviews there’s a good selection here, and I didn’t see it, roughly the same boot in a different brand More like the boot shack Do yourself a favor, drive out of town to a real western store

Love this store! I just wish they had more variety in Ariat jeans for women. Also low stock on boots for women size 9.5, but Ezra helped me find a great pair of boots for the barn. Thank you, Ezra! Boot Barn needs to give you a raise!

I called on Monday to see if they did felt hat cleaning, “yes we do” I was told “ it’s free” , I dropped my sombrero off on wed. at 3:30pm & picked it up fri. at 3:30 pm. It was the same Fri. As it was wed. When I dropped it off, terrible service, I asked about lucchese boots in stock, two weeks prior to bringing my hat to get cleaned, “we have those in stock” I was told, when I got there, they don’t keep those in stock, there Dan post & Cody James boots look like low quality plastic as I was looking around the store, boot barn is the shoe show of western boots. Take your business elsewhere if you’re looking for quality!
