I appreciate Kristina's CSR skills during the 5g update. I live in Atlanta and while here she called me and assisted me with updating my phone when the Boost associates told me I had to purchase ANOTHER PHONE! She saved me money and time and I appreciate her!

Quick efficient service! Had to get a sim card because of the 5 G upgrade.It took about 5-8 min total along with the young lady also having to answer the phone and finishing waiting on another customer.She needed my phone number and pin number and voila!Go here to get your help with Boost, and there's a nice book store nearby, a pizza place, Food Lion and a Dollar store.Plenty of parking.

Don't go here, you'll regret it! The manager is nice but every employee seems to have very nasty and entitled attitudes. I'll be visiting an entirely different company after my recent experience here. They aren't well informed or maybe they just don't realize that people may come in that are all informed.
