I normally frequent the store at Northside, where the young lady named Jennifer I see is extremely helpful. I went to the Boost store on Reynolda Rd the 19th, the Young lady was not very pleasant. When I walked in there was no one in the front, Finally she emerged from the back, not very friendly, I paid my bill, left, and said to self, I will never go back to that Boost location.

Finally! 7/31/22 found a boost who was true to their hours! We took our cousin here to her upgrade. They didn’t have her phone she wanted but the lady got her phone that was better than the phone she wanted and helped her get her a new case! Thank you Mia!

I hate to do this because this is a new store from the looks of it but the owner will not listen to you at all. I was sold something that they knew would not work and he would not take responsibility and give me a refund. All the owner wants to do is make it seem like he’s right because it’s his store. He would literally say one thing and change up on his next sentence. I’m glad I just needed that number for temporary use that I purchased. If this store represents boost, then I don’t want any parts of it.
