“Really exceptional repair work and excellent communication from this enterprise. My SUV is 9 years old. It was involved in side swipe accident that damaged left side of vehicle. Front and rear fenders and front and rear doors had to be repaired/replaced. Due to vehicle's age, parts had to be sourced from non-OEM manufacturers. Ari (the owner) told me that this might take a little longer than normal as he wanted to find an original part that was the same color as my vehicle. This is highly desirable for reasons I won't go into, but is indicative of the care and quality of the work that Worldwide exhibits. I was told by my insurance claims agent that the repair estimate would take a few days to get approval from my insurer. Ari sent his estimate and photos of damage to the agent and it was approved in less than 24 hours. Ravi's estimate of 4 weeks to complete the repairs was conservative because he doesn't like to over promise customers. He finished the work in 3 weeks.
A neighbor saw the SUV the day I brought it back from the shop, and asked if I had gotten a new car. It really did look that good. I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I received and am glad to rate Ravi's operation as a 5-star shop.”

“My 2017 VW Alltrack was hit and Nationwide accepted liability so it went to Modern to be fixed. Mark Fletcher was incredibly helpful. New doors were backordered at VW with no date for availability so he found me a used one within a day.My car went in on a Monday and they gave me a Corolla to drive until the following Tuesday when the car was ready. The door will never be quite the same but the red paint matches amazingly well and looking at it you'd never know it was damaged. They returned my car cleaner than it's been in years.Would definitely recommend!”

I opted for a middle level paint service which provided for a higher grade paint than there lowest level. Worth it. Definitely recommend and will bring them work that I may need in the future.”

I was frustrated that I had to get my windshield replaced after a bug (bird?) hit it hard during a road trip.
My insurance company was bureaucratic. The other two companies involved from a canceled flight and rental car were beyond insane.
