This week Dennis helped me lease a brand new Sportage and he did an excellent job on the test drive and explaining all the cool features that the car has. On the Finance side Chase also did a great job explaining the numbers and making the paperwork review pretty quick. Overall a great experience and my family is enjoying the new car.

Very disappointed with this car buying experience as it was my first, I’m only 18 years old.
Went to Bob King Mazda first, poor customer service, then decided to go Bob King Kia.
My sister in law co-signed with me and we got approved and everything turned upside down when we met the finance person, Christina. She didn’t like the fact that my brother in law (who also bought a car that night) was advocating for us when it came to the GAP and Vehicle Service Agreement, after we declined those options, she tried to sell them again when he step out of the office.
We were told that we needed to bring additional information, which we all knew including Terri, the sales manager. My sister in law was unable to bring the information the next day, even though she suggested to email it to them, the same way I did with the info they requested from me.
Today (9/6/24), we were told that if my sister in law did not bring in-person the info they requested, that our car was going to be taken away from us. Later I found out the the general manager, James Juarez accused my sister in law of committing fraud.
It is not illegal to purchase a car without a valid drivers license, as long you have a valid ID, but someone who has a valid drivers license has to drive to car home. A grown man intimating a woman is very sad. Like is that how you treat women? Or did you think we were easy targets to intimate and accused my sister in law of doing something wrong. My brother in law worked for Honda and my mother sold cars as well.
I guess it’s time we take our business to Flow, Modern, or Crown hopefully they won’t try to take advantage of us and treat us with respect. Luckily we got our Nissan back.
To all young girls like me, make sure you take someone older who can advocate for you wherever you decide to buy a car. People are shady.

My husband and I have gotten cars from both the Toyota and Jeep dealership - but Kia takes the win! I didn’t expect to buy a car when I visited, but I was in and out quickly, with a new car, nonetheless. Chase, in finance, was super helpful and friendly! He made the process seamless and even laughed at my husband’s ‘dad jokes’. Terry, the GM, was also very welcoming and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He even helped me out weeks later post-purchase. 5 stars for Bob King Kia in WS!

Bought a new car and Tristan was awesome in taking the time to talk me through all the features. He knew the car well and offered followup help ... great experience! Also worked with Chase in finance, who was very friendly and helpful! Made the whole process very easy.

Likely the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! Tristan provided a top-shelf customer service experience to me and I got the EXACT vehicle I had desired to purchase. Loving the hard to find mahogany optioned upgrade interior leather trim!! He’s a straight shooter and a super person. If you want a KIA, this is the place at Bob King KIA and Tristan is the man you want to see
