The salesman and the president of Hyundai deceived me and stole $7,000 that they asked me for the down payment and of $21,000 I was supposed to pay $14,000 and they put $16,000 on me and then they sold the account to the bank for $21,485.05 and they stole the $7,000 that I gave down and they did not want to give me a copy of the contract after they showed me one that I signed for $16,000 that they did not validate and the second time I went they did the same thing to me and they showed me one for $16,000 and they did not send it to Capital Bank who is charging me the $21,485.05 plus interest and the car will cost $33,000. They stole my $7,000 plus I am going to pay the $21,485.05 or in other words. The seven thousand that they didn't take from me plus the ones they stole from me plus $12 in interest from the bank, in total they stole $26,000 from me. Please do not patronize this dealership and call them and tell them that they are stealing from the customers.

I just was able to purchase a new 2024 vehicle from Bob King Hyundai! Thanks to "TB" who played a very important part. He went out of his way to pick me up from another dealership and brought me to his company "BobKing" which is where miracles was performed! TB, you are a Godsend! I Appreciate all you did. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS OFF THE CHARTS! I recently got into a car accident and my car was totaled after only making one payment. I was driving a limited Hyundai Elantra and I was really starting to fall in love with it. Anyways, insurance got sorted out and it was time to get a new car. Wanted that same style car, but didn’t think a brand new car was in my grasp, so I was thinking used for sure. That’s when we came here and met Mo. the best salesman/customer service individual my wife or I has EVER come across. He heard our story and got us into a brand new car with there only being $30 upcharge from our used car. Thank you Mo. If I could rank them 10 stars I would. If you’re looking, this is the place.

She helped me throughout the process and got me the best deal i can ever will be thankful of. She is very kind, cool and warm person. She also helped me get the better insurance deals.
