At my age, I thought I had seen and probably experienced the worst customer service you could get. SURPRISE! 5 weeks my car sat on the property and didn't get touched. Too many unanswered phone calls and voicemails that were never returned to count. Finally, after 4 weeks and the eighth call on the same day and refusing to hang up til someone gave us some info, my wife got the “service manager” on the line. He was condescending, a smart a**, talked down to her, and then to top it all off, he said ”there are 40 cars ahead of yours”. So after 4 weeks you haven’t touched it and have 40 cars to look at first? This is insanity if you can call this customer service. Do better for us all. My car got moved week 5 to a different dealer. No I’ll never go back.

Worst ever experience!Brought my GV80 in for a simple headlight change. Was told they had no loner vehicles, maybe in a few weeks. Why would I need a loan to simply change out a headlight????Was called back a day later saying they had a loner and to drop off my car.They had it for 6 weeks!!!! Light was never changed. Horrible communication and many staff quit! Had to go in person just to find out what the hell was going on over there then was told they couldn’t get to my car and that they were sending it to the new Greensboro location.Matt in Greensboro jumped right on my car and had excellent communication the entire time.Bob King need to reel in his people and figure out what the he’ll is going on. I would NEVER go back there for anything!!!

I originally dropped my car off for a minor issue. I had to go back and forth with the Genesis rep about getting a loner vehicle, but I'm glad I did, as I ended up being out of my car for over a month.I was never called with updates on the repair of my vehicle. The first two weeks were radio silence. In the third week, I called and asked about what was going on. I was told by the Genesis rep that "half the service team mechanics had walked out" and that was the reason for the delay. The rep informed me of some other potential issues they had noticed during the inspection, I chose not to get them addressed due to the lackluster service I was already receiving.When the fourth week arrived, I called again for some kind of update. I was met by a new Genesis rep who informed me the rep I was dealing with had resigned. When I got my car back, the exterior was extremely dirty. Turned out it had been done for days and nobody called me to let me know the work was done.I believe it is telling from the resignations en masse that there is a significant problem going on at Bob King Genesis. I had a great experience purchasing my car, but this service experience has me questioning if I will ever purchase another Genesis product. And if I do, it will most likely be from another retailer.

If I could give a 0 if I could. I arrived at 730 with an appointment complimentary oil change and tire rotation on my GV80. At 11am, I had to ask for my keys back. No oil change and tire rotation should take 3.5 hours. No complimentary car was offered at this time also which is in my maintenance agreement. Then they told me that my fuel induction system needed to be cleaned for $191. We use Premium gas and the car only has 20,000 miles. This was a money grab in my opinion as no new car should need this. If so, we bought the wrong car. For buying a Premium car, Is it too much to ask for decent service? I will not be back for service in Winston Salem. I will find another Genesis dealer.

We purchased our new 2024 GV80 from them, and we absolutely love the vehicle. Our salesman Mo was super helpful and was full of knowledge about the Genesis brand and our vehicle. Also, thanks to Donnie one of the sales manager for all his help too.

One of the better dealership experiences I've had. Very fair on price and trade in value. Mo is a great sales person to work with. I feel that my new Genesis KV80 is a better vehicle than the Audi Q8 I previously had.

Had a great experience purchasing GV70 from Genesis of WInston-Salem. Vehicle was ready as promised. Test drive was flexible. Sales staff (Mervyn Howard) was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Low pressure experience in Finance Dept. This is the 2nd vehicle purchased from this dealership and would do so again.

My salesman Mo was absolutely wonderful! It took 7 hours to complete the sale (for reasons out of our control)but I was treated so kindly by everyone in the dealership! Couldn't have made it a better experience if I had tried!If you want a car, go see Mr Mo!

I recently purchased a 2023 GV80 my sales person was Martina "Tina" Holt, Sales Manager Justin and finance Manager Bob. I have purchased 7 vehicles from Bob King and I have to say this is the best dealer I have been to. EVERYONE at this location is excellent from start to finish! Thank you Tina, Justin, Bob and nice meeting Ronnie Quate. I highly recommend Bob King Hyundai & Genesis of Winston Salem.

During a service at your location I noted your service pledge (see photo).Item 1: My original appointment was rescheduled by your service department because a loaner vehicle was not available. BTW, this happened about 4:30 pm the day before we were to drive 2 hours to get service. Had to wait additional 2 weeks for a available loaner (A POS Sonota). Why would a Genesis dealership use Hyundai loaner vehicles???Item 2: I waiting almost 30 minutes in line to check in for service. Not quite within 60 seconds.Last Item: It's been over a month and no one has contacted my to ensure I am satisfied with your service.It does not appear to me that you are living up to your service pledge. As our lease is concluding on our Genesis we have decided to look elsewhere for a new vehicle.

I have been looking for a car for months. I went to hyundai to get a key to unlock my lug nuts and as I was leaving I saw the 2023 Genesis g70. We got out to look at the vehicle and thats when we were greeted by Tina Holt. I typically do not like salespeople but she was different than your typical salesperson. I absolutely fell in love with the car and Tina was very knowledgeable and beyond amazing in helping me get the car I fell in love with. If you are thinking about a Genesis I highly recommend and if you are looking for a great salesperson I highly recommend Tina Holt at Bob King Hyundai!!!
