Tina was excellent! She walked me through all of the bells and whistles, was able to answer all of our detailed questions, and helped us get this beautiful car at a price within my budget. Which I didn't think was possible. I highly recommend working with her.

We had an excellent experience, worked with Mervyn in sales. He was exceptional. Very kindly sent us a video of the car before we visited for an on site look and drive. Extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process from visit to getting a small problem fixed to out the door with a new (to us) car. Really a good experience.

I will admit, I’m almost 40 and I’ve driven/owned at least 3 different luxury brands (BMW, Benz, etc.). In addition, I’m not a “young” buyer….i fact check dealers’s prices against other dealers EVERY TIME they say this is our best offer. I’m never afraid to leave the deal; I have a paid off daily driver and it wouldn’t bother NOT to have an expensive car….and lastly, I DO NOT trust salesmen when car shopping.
However, I must say, SAMMY CELEDON is a really good salesman, probably the best I’ve dealt with in at least 10 years and with different dealerships. He wasn’t pushy, arrogant or desperate to make a sale. I actually was in the chair ready to buy a car from him when a dealer in Charlotte called with a better deal. I told Sammy I’m leaving for the car in Charlotte, but Sammy told me to hold tight. I was waiting for 10 minutes and then he came back with a “deal of a lifetime.” He offered me a car with a bigger engine for a killer price…I MUST HAVE CALLED AT LEAST 10 DEALERS AND NONE COULD MATCH HIS OFFER. Moreover, Sammy wasn’t at all hounding me, HE LET ME CALL OTHER COMPETITORS FOR A PRICE MATCH. I’m not an easy car buyer, but Sammy got skills!!!!

I’d like to thank Mr. Harvey for his pleasant personality and wonderful customer service. He stayed late to get me in the truck I wanted and even helped load it up. He made the experience very relaxed and I’m very appreciative of the work he put in to get me in and out.

Bought a 2025 GV70. Was given one key to the car. Was told the other one is lost. Apparently they don’t realize the safety concern with keys and microchips that my car can be stolen. Manager is rude and does not care about customers. The girl who sells the extended warranty told me “if your at max payment then you can’t afford this car” because I declined the warranty. Sketchy to me that a car that hadn't even left the loft before I got in it the other key is gone…
