I love this place. The best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Amazing atmosphere. Such beautiful work at an awesome price. Loved talking to everyone who worked there?♥️ ♥️ ♥️ There was a college student who was there when I came in. She had rated them a one and complained. Her post is from a week ago or so. She was very rude the whole time she was there and complained. She was very entitled. Her 2 friends even seemed embarrassed by her. The staff handled everything very professional. This was my first time at this salon. I will only go here from now on.

I've Been Coming To Best Nails For 20+ Years I'm A Hand Full About My Nails lol & They Always Give Me What I Want Yeah They Are Pricey But They Nails Last Period So Lilly,Kelly,Mike & Trina Thanks For Dealing With My Crazy Azz All These Years Even Tho I May Complain When I'm There They Always Make Sure I Leave With What I Want Every Time So Come Laugh Talk & Explain What Services You Want & I'm Sure They Can Deliver Everytime They Like Family & They Always Make Sure You Leave There Nail Shop Happy So Thanks Again Best Nails Cause Y'all Be Doing Your Thing ???

I do not recommend this place AT ALL. Very unprofessional and rude to me in front of other customers. For background information I don’t usually get my nails done, but I just wanted to treat myself for once. I don’t know much about nail shapes and so I asked for input on what I should get and the lady who did my nails (aka the manager/owner) gave me ZERO response so I just went with square nails. The whole process of her doing my nails was very rushed and when I asked about how I was charged so much, they had an attitude with me and I was rushed to pay so I had no time to process how my nails looked, which is why I couldn’t mention it on that day. When I looked at my nails more, I noticed thickness and lumpiness in my acrylic (she mentioned that it would be thinner since it was gel beforehand), significant differences in the acrylic AND splotches in the polish. I paid $10 extra for a design that looks like my 5 yr old sister did?!? And they’re not even symmetrical or the color I wanted. I went back in the store to try to get it resolved and the manager/owner disregarded all of my concerns and claimed there was “no lumpiness or patches” and that “she could only file them down”. She has told me that the splotches would “grow out”??
On Monday, I also suggested that the issue of splotching might be related to color vibrancy, not that I received the wrong color. However, it seemed there was a misunderstanding, as I even asked how much it would be to do a color change, assuming it would be an additional charge.
My friend's presence was to offer support, suggestions, and provide input, as she has more knowledge about nails than I do, so she was speaking for me. Lily completely ignored what my friend was saying and rudely asked her “are you done talking?” and completely ignored her the rest of the time IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER. She started to raise her voice at us and tried to justify about how my nails looked and refused to refund.
I also want to clarify that my dissatisfaction wasn't about seeking free services but rather about the overall experience and lack of trust in the service provided. Despite feeling frustrated, I tried to maintain a respectful tone during our interaction, until it seemed efforts were made to justify mistakes and ignore apparent issues.
While I expressed frustration during our interaction, I did so without resorting to using profanity, except for a couple instances where I slipped up. I apologize for any offense caused by that, as it was not my intention to use disrespectful language.
I regret for any frustration that may have arisen during our interaction. My intention was not to escalate the situation, but rather to express the emotions I was feeling in response to the treatment I perceived.

I will absolutely not being going here. They did an awful job and were extremely rude. I do not recommend. They charged me extra. And whoever did the design did a terrible job! You call these nails?

They did a phenomenal job on my nails I’m extremely happy with my service, Kelly did a amazing job and she was extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back :) Really great experience would definitely recommend!

It was my first time to this salon and I had a great experience. I felt relaxed. Mike was hilarious. My pedicure and foot massage was on point but idk the guys name that did it. Lily is an excellent nail tech and eyebrow specialist. I am very happy with the services provided and I would love to come back again.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I love the vibe and the whole family is wonderful. They do an amazing job on nails. If you want good quality work. This is the place to go. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Kelly and Best Nails is a breath of fresh air. I came to get a pedicure but what I got was much more. A sweet dog came to me while I waited. It felt therapeutic. Then Kelly greeted me with a warm smile and professionalism. She is very proficient in her craft but her ability to connect through genuine conversation was much appreciated. My feet look and feel much better now and my soul is reminded of the beauty of humanity. Kelly, you are a gift. Thank you ??
