How embarrassing to tell my husband who is a loyal customer that they can't take his $100.00 bill. The bill was $78.00 and we have been shopping there for 2 years spending on average $100.00 each time.Store owner backed up the cashier without checking or marking the bil. Sorry we had some counterfeit problems. My husband put back my dogs Christmas treats just bought the dog food.Paid cash..I would have left it too.I suspect you are saving your change for the holidays or your wanting us to use a credit card. We have lived in this area for 30 years and shop and bank in the area I guess you are the only one having counterfeit problems. Our $100.00 bill just came from our bank. But no worries we won't be back. Remove us from your mailing list, email and your customer loyalty program. We will no longer be recommending your services to anyone.The Boggs Family

Had a great experience here. The young man at the counter gave me some free samples for my dog to try. My dog is particularly picky so this was awesome for both of our sakes. He said he’d fed his dog the same with great results. Also very excited to try out the new slow feeder bowl. Appreciate the helpful advice regarding that! I will be back!

I switched my dog over to an all-natural food offered at Best 4K9 and he loves it far and above his old big-box pet store food. I was not aware that his old food had corn as a filler, never mentioned by my veterinarian!! When I spoke about food options with folks at Best 4K9 they suggested a number of affordable high-quality options and best of all, these food options offer a variety of protein choices so I can switch them up for my dog’s enjoyment while still delivering all the great nutrients he needs across the board. Not to mention I am now taking advantage of their rewards program.

Hello! To whomever it may concern. I really appreciate you berating me online for reviewing your business! Sorry I review multiple places at one time instead of the instant I leave an establishment . I came to your store In Search of Fromm pet food. I needed a specific 4 star grain free flavor. I will certainly be sure to do business elsewhere from now on! Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to run off customers during such a trying time. Best regards. I apologize that we cannot seem to do business.
