I spoke to my car salesman Ryan for months before finally saving the $2000 to put down on my car at the Raleigh location, when I arrived I looked and test drove two cars a 2010 Infinity and a Honda Passport I believe. Like a dummy I chose the Infinity, I should have have stuck with Team EzAuto who I always uy my cars from because they stand behind their cars and don not sell "lemons" I decided to give Ryan and this dealership a chance. So after leaving the lot my car drove right for only three days, I was in Raleigh when that terrible thunderstorm hit where it rained so bad and I was low on gas, I pulled into a gas station and paid for $10 worth of gas came back out and tried to start the car every light went off the Service Engine, the VCD etc etc and the car would not start. I sat there for half an hour pushing the VCD buttons terrified stuck in Raleigh I live in Sanford and finally the car starts. I immediately drove home before anything else went wrong. The very next day I go out to the car it cranks but when you put it in gear its like there is no gas going to the engine it drives maybe 5 mph I call Ryan and tell him what all is going on, to his credit he immediately orders a tow, and was going to have the car towed back to the service dealership they use in Raleigh Young Auto Service at this time I have had the car maybe a week or so. My husband goes out to the car and unhooks the positive side of the battery from the car for about ten minutes and it resets the car computer. My car starts driving again so I think this must be a fluke because the car started driving normal. I called Ryan canceled the tow and told him I would watch the car for a couple of days, so two or three days goes by and the car starts jerking again, I call Ryan he calls Young's Performance owned by Jordan Taylor and they send a tow to pick the car up. This was on the Thursday before Veterans Day, Jordan told me they would look at my car Friday they kept my car 4 days and when I did get it back my back seat was ripped, it looked like a mechanic had a tool in his backpocket sat down behind Jordan who was supposedly test driving the car and ripped the backseat about two inches. Jordan said he hooked the car to a computer and he could not "find anything". He kept my car FOUR DAYS, RIPPED MY BACKSEAT and found nothing..... So I pay Uber $100 to pick up my husband in Sanford and drive him all the way to Raleigh for nothing to get a car they tore up. My husband comes homes the car drives another week and boom breaks down again, this time in Sanford NC. The latest break down was this past Sunday when my husband was going to pick me up some food, a man following behind him said the car was smoking, they both described a burning smell and the smell of antifreeze. Now I don't know if this man was a mechanic or just an average man but what I do know is that I have put out $2000 down to months of comprehensive and collision apx $500 insurance and paid $422 a month for a car that does NOT RUN. I called Ryan Monday who tried to say maybe I had damaged the car when I drove thru the rain and wet thru a puddle if that is the case then everyone in Raleigh would also be driving a damaged car because I was on the public roadways with everyone else. I have asked for another car, who would want this car after all this crap and not being able to depend on this car??? They have yet to give me an answer but they sure don't mind taking my money. Long story short take your hard earned money elsewhere, in fact call Team Ez Auto ask for Curtis or Bud the owner and tell them Deborah Mintz sent you. I have bought over 7 cars from these guys and never had a LEMON.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Well I saw this really nice 4 Runner that had some flaws but still nice. It was selling for $10,900 thought that was a good price.. so I gave them $3000 down long story short..A year later after paying almost $400 a month I still owe them $10,000.. and if I want to keep it will be close to $12,000 .. for a 2006 with over 200,000 miles on it. And it’s not even 4 wheel drive.Maybe I’m just an idiot.Don’t waste your time !!!!

Great place to get a vehicles. They have a great selection to choose from. Charles and the ladies were all very helpful with any questions I had. Very easygoing experience. They allowed me to test drive two vans so I could decide which one I preferred. They made the whole process work so smoothly. Also many positives including a 3 year warranty on your vehicle and roadside assistance. I would gladly recommend them. They made this car buying experience enjoyable. I am very grateful for their help.
