I really enjoy shopping here. I love the upgrade and the selection of products they have to offer. They have multiple check out lines for speedy check out process. The staff is very helpful with all your needs and if you are having trouble making a decision on what type of product to use. Beauty world aka beautisa if I could make one suggestion I'd wish the company could extend store hours for longer hours on the weekend. Some of us working women get off a little late on the weekends.

Came over 1.5 hours to get some hair for my appt. Wasn’t really helped out. End up getting the same length as my own hair. It was human hair and I feel like I was shorted of money and time. The hair was thin. If I was provided the help I needed maybe it would have been a better experience.

I love and respect myself an community way too much, to shop here. I just moved to NC, and I was very impressed with the organization, cleanliness, and wide selection of products in this store. However, the huge national guard of a store security is where I draw the line. I went to buy several hair items. While there, I decided to buy some hoop earrings. An ARMED security guard with a bullet proof vest on went to unlock the $1.99 earrings from the cabinet for me. I wanted to vomit. I was holding my toddler in my hand, and somehow even though he's too young to understand, I felt embarrassed of him witnessing that. It just made me feel gross. Not to mention, I have an $8,000 wedding ring on my finger. Not that it should matter, but all this for some fake hoop earrings?? Even though the police /security was very nice, I was dissapointed that he'd accept a job policing his OWN people like this, while another community makes millions off of ours. They would NEVER allow this treatment of their community. I don't care how organized this store is, with the history of black people in this country being gunned down for nothing ( and sometimes in nail shops and beauty supply stores by communities that depend on our dollar but treat us like animals). NO NO NO. I love and respect myself too much.
