John was absolutely amazing!! I had put off getting my Mazda’s key fob battery replaced for MONTHS because I thought it would be complicated. John answered all my silly
Questions over the phone and was awesome in store! So efficient and kind. Took all of 2 minutes. As someone who HATES working on anything car related, John made it so easy and didn’t make me feel stupid. 10/10 will be recommending to everyone I know.

I've used the store in Winston-Salem (I live in Mount Airy) NC 4 or 5 times and always treated well and found what I needed.

Their warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. I bought a car battery there in February 2022. In November 2023 I went away for 10 days and sometime during that period the battery died. AAA came to jump start my car and told me the battery was bad. Not to worry, the battery was warrantied through February 2024. I drove 30 miles to the store. Of course by that time the battery had recharged. Here’s what I went through: an employee could not figure out how to open the hood; their equipment showed the battery was good therefore no replacement was forthcoming; I was told I shouldn’t let the car sit for 10 days in cold weather (I guess that means no more winter vacations??!); and worse (gasp!) since my garage is not heated the battery weakened and died. Saved the best for last: I was told that Batteries Plus employees are battery experts. Hah!

My girlfriend says that they are good for bulbs.However, we were in store and overheard an exchange in which a poor old woman brought her phone in to change her battery, and staff broke her screen. She was told it was tough, and they won't pay for the screen they admitted to breaking. I think that's an unfair policy.Long story short - they're good for bulbs but not for batteries.

Mia did a great job helping me today. I had three different bulbs to replace. She even had to research one to find the best replacement. I will definitely return to Batteries Plus for all my bulbs & battery needs!

The worst place ever. The owner is racist and she replaced my battery in my phone with a battery that did not work then she also broke my screen & tried to replace it when that was never the reason I came into the store. The owner is rude with a bad attitude do not recommend . I spent $80 on a useless battery for her to say she can't do anything for me smdh Never again I would never contact the store owner she needs to be replace with someone with Respect cause she know nothing about it !
