We moved from NJ and decided to stay with BOA. This branch has wonderful staff! They are courteous, helpful, and efficient. Everything from teller service, to opening a lockbox, to notary has been quick and thorough.

I recently had the pleasure of working Mark B and wanted to share the experience.What impressed me most was Mark's ability to manage numerous moving parts with incredible grace. Despite the busy atmosphere of the bank, he skillfully made me feel like a top priority. His attention to detail and efficiency were truly commendable.Mark also displayed exceptional interpersonal skills. I observed him seamlessly communicating with other staff members, maintaining a sense of calm and professionalism even during the busiest moments. It was clear that he has a rare talent for balancing a busy schedule while providing personalized and attentive service to customers and his team. Christopher Wests service was absolutely horrible at this location. He did not make the seller of the vehicle aware of how to properly fill out the title. He did not inform us of any mistakes and still notarized the document. We took it to the DMV and they told us we needed it corrected. We went back to BOFA and he didn’t admit to his mistakes or apologize for the inconvenience he has caused. In fact, he claimed that he did not make the mistakes- and did his job “correctly”. We were told to make another appointment after getting another form to fix the issues. We returned today, and Chris didn’t show up to the appointment HE made for us. We were told then, by another employee, to go to a different company to fix the issue. This is when we were informed that he should have never notarized the document considering there were FOUR errors. Now we must get another form, and my vehicle is still not registered. Something needs to be done. Wouldn’t recommend using this notary.

I walked in to get something notarized. The teller verified I had an account. The teller then called someone who agreed to notarize my documents. I then found out after waiting that the notary was with another client. I was on a lunch break and was then informed it might be 10 more minutes. They should have told me in advance and asked if I wanted to see them at another time.I called the manager and did not get a call back. I am a long time client but what’s the point? They don’t care

I know it's popular to bash banks these days, but I have nothing but good things to say about this BofA branch. Customer service is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Sure, some of the rules and requirements of BofA may upset people, but give the people in the branch a break - they don't make those rules.

Deplorable customer service. I’m talking like laughably bad. I come in here about once a week and it’s always just such a fascinating experience every single time to see what new ways they can come up with to continuously lower the bar. Almost every single teller acts as though you are terribly inconveniencing them, and I never thought I would dread the experience of going to the bank to deposit money as much as I do now. You work at a bank, in Winston-Salem, please calm down.

This Bank of America on Stratford road has 3rd rate customer service. Some of the cashiers walk around and talk to you as if you're bothering them and the employees walk around and everybody walks around as if they were in a concentration camp. From bottom to top management, the service is deplorable and I will not return to this banking office on Stratford road. They are either undertrained or overtasked but something is not right

Horrible !!! customer service in the Stratford Road office. long story short. I followed the advice of an employee in order to prevent a service fee if my account went under $1,500. The employee gave me wrong information and I was billed service fees 5mos.. I explained to service advisor and also to the office manager. I will just say that her name is Mrs. C. ...and..even with ample traceable proof of my acting in good faith and their error. They kept repeating "Bank policy to not make an adjustment"... Naturally I will deduce that their "policy is therefore, that even if there is an error made on a customer record due to their giving out incorrect information, that they will not correct it and that they will blame the customer".. In this case. I had to speak to the main headquarters and even they gave me Slack.. and only agreed to satisfy me after I threatened that I would make a YouTube video of my discontent with Bank of America Stratford Road office.. this Stratford Road office has horrible customer service! And I see that there is an underlying corporate culture which takes advantage of customers...Even some of the cashiers are not pleasant at that office. They have this attitude as if you are bothering them and they don't even know the policies that they expect customers to memorize. Obviously, Stratford Road staff is under trained!!! . Horrible customer service do not go there, yet the office on Silas Creek the people are just so much more friendly... and educated on their products. Incredible to see such a vast difference between two offices that are just a few miles away from each other.
