Worked with Timothy over the phone and in person. He was extremely helpful and directed me to exactly what I needed. He was also helpful with items not on the showroom floor. Quick and easy payment and scheduling of furniture. Near the end of service the rest of Badcock was helpful in closing my purchase out. Never had a bad experience and the staff were extremely helpful!!

Love my recliner, appreciate the kindness and truly helpfulness of the staff.I had to go furniture shopping because my old recliner wore out and I was in middle of chemo. Sometimes I slept in my chair and now I needed a new one.I was quite poorly.I think I went to every furniture store in Winston, but it was the Badcock on Reynolda that had the right recliner for me. I went to this store 2 or 3 times, everyone was always helpful and notpushy.

At first when I arrived I was surprised to see that it was under New Management and I thought to myself oh I hope this is not going to be a bad experience but when I came in there was this really nice woman I forgot her name but she manages there at the store on reynolda road in Winston-Salem North Carolina and she was so nice I said I wanted to purchase another TV for my grandson and she was so accommodating I never had a manager to treat me so nice and was so helpful and made things easier for me now I have changed my mind about this store I'm happy that I did go in and I was able to meet her now I got my TV I don't regret my decision and I'm glad she was there to help me I give her and that store the highest rating that can be rated thank you now that's how you treat customers just like that

Staff was nonchalant upon me entering the store. I had to approach staff member. Salesperson I spoke with was off the day. She was excellent in with assisting me with my selection. Her name was Pearl. I wanted to make she got credit for my purchase. Over all it was Ok at the end.

Bought a love seat in 10/27/20 had to wait until November 28 to get it about 2 weeks ago the armrest broke on the inside while I was relaxing watching tv,i call the store i was told they will fix it this time and I should not sit on the armrest and they will pick it up on the 12th of January and bring it back in a few days ,imagine paying 1000,00 for a chair waiting almost a month to get it ,things happen but it was the way that woman was talking to me on the phone, would never buy there again, I will have my broken chair fix by someone else. Its a shame

No discounts whatsoever. When asked can I reschedule my delivery date because I was sick I was told it would cost me $50 to reschedule. I would think that they wouldn't want to enter at a time like this and have some empathy for the situation but no. That's fine enter at your own risk.
