Friendly, helpful staff. Not pushy or aggressive and they let you look, answer questions as needed, and help when it is time. Great experience buying my new Livingroom furniture!

Customer service at this location is beyond horrible, and they try to sell you above and beyond by lying and up selling, towards commission. Buyers beware! Dirty tactics typical for a furniture company that desperately needs sales. In addition: this location will tell customers furniture arrives within a week or less, only for customers to find out orders are behind up to 4-8 weeks. Disgusting! I’ll never buy from this company again!

Application submitted explaining just relocated to NC. Associated insisted on using a temporary address for the application when it was explained there was no permanent address yet. The application wouldn't go through using a PO Box. Just wanted to set up the account so that an order could be placed later. Associate said no problem, we can just change the address at that time.Approval came through for a high limit.However, when the permanent address was set up and returned to the store for the purchase (full apartment of furniture), there was an issue.They needed the proof of address. Well, there is no proof of address for the temporary address on the application. This was explained. BUT, there is proof for the permanent address (which was submitted) in which the furniture was to be delivered.Had it been explained prior, the application would've been submitted with the permanent address at a later time.Later, they needed proof of address AND proof of income. So wait, the 1st issue was a lie?!?!Sad thing is, the gross for 2021 was well over $60k for personal. This does not include business income. Just wondering if ALL races have to show proof of income when the monthly gross is $5k+ a month.Nonetheless, due to all the issues and the back and forth, Conns Home Plus will get the business instead.*Side note, there will also be multiple apartments set up for corporate leasing so this would've been a repeat customer situation for full home purchases each time.

The staff was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The quality of the furniture is great and the finance options are top notch. Will definitely shop there again and would recommend it .
