Brought my Van in for a miss-fire, and it ended up being a cracked head.

I highly recommend this auto repair shop. Even though it was my first visit, it was recommended by a friend who has gone there for years. She was right. All the staff is cordial, they communicate well, they evaluate each customers input. Jesse inspected and evaluated all items, the ones that didn't need doing at that time, he gave me the option. Amy is great at scheduling AN APPOINTMENT. This is the first shop I have visited that sets an appt and keeps to the times! Good job. I could tell by talking to everyone at this shop, quality and communication is valued by its management! I plan to use B and C for 90% of the needs my car has in the future.

Twice in the last 3 months I had a nail and a sharp object in my tire and both times B&C was able to quickly and safely repair the damage. The customer service was phenomenal. Maybe the last of the old generation of mechanic shops. They work on about anything old and new, and seem to do about twice as much work as they have capacity. They are busy! Hard to find or beat the versatility of this shop. It just works.
