I discovered Chris about 15 years ago. He is ALWAYS my first choice. No one is more honest, hard working, and nicer. Would have saved a lot by knowing about him sooner. He works alone and long hours. Give him your business but realize your visiting and talking (which he's always nice to do) is going to increase his already too long hours. He is one of a kind so please treasure his uniqueness. I think he often needs to charge more and work fewer hours.
