I had recently purchased wiper blades from an AutoZone in Greensboro; it was only until I tried to install them when I noticed that I couldn’t. I came to this AutoZone because I work in Winston; when I walked in I was greeted by Brandon B, he asked if I needed anything and I asked him if he could take a look at my wipers for me and explained what the issue was and he immediately stated that he would most certainly help me. It took him about 5 minutes to install the proper attachments for my blades, he was professional, polite, and timely. I appreciate his assistance and thank AutoZone dearly for having great and prompt customer service. I will indeed continue shopping at AutoZone for ALL of my automotive needs. Thanks again Brandon B and god bless. ??

I went into the store and was immediately approached by Brandon B, asking if I needed help. He instantly stopped what he was doing and walked me to my wheel part I was in question about. He then took his time to walk out and try to the part out to be sure it was what I was looking for. What outstanding customer service. Ask for Brandon B.

My trunk wasn’t closing for the longest, didn’t know what was wrong with it and Brandon B fixed it really fast! Autozone needs more people like him he was an excellent help!

Brandon B. changed my battery. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in a bit of a rush so he accommodated that for me and worked super quick! It always helps to have someone kind and respectful working on my car. Highly suggest this location!

My car wouldn't start this morning, and I decided to stop by after I got a jump. Customer service was great in getting me a new battery and a portable jumper.They even replaced the old battery, and I was prepared to do that myself (lol).This is one of the many reasons I'll continue to shop there.

Autozone had one of the two parts I needed to repair my vw eurovan - based Rialta - broken down on 40 west (I ran the 1 1/4 miles to get there before they closed, Thanksgiving eve)Thankfully, on my way back to the vehicle, wife and dog at 9:15 pm I passed by JP's and saw one of the wrecked cars behind the shop. I was tempted to scavenge a tensioner pulley from it, and noticed a light was on, door open in the building. Upon closer inspection, it was a bathroom. I walked around front, and there was a mechanic finishing up a job in the (mostly) dark in front of the bay. I announced myself, as not to startle him, and told him about my predicament. John provided 2 used pulleys (left over from jobs) and offered to drive me back to I40 , after he was done and returned the vehicle he was working on. I was in a hurry to get back to my family, as we were on our way to see family in Tennessee for Thanksgiving morning.If it wasn't for John at JP auto, we would have had to wait till Thanksgiving morning to get the parts, and would have had to about the trip.John, I'm not religious, but can't think of calling you anything but a godsend.6 stars for John at JP auto. I belive you take care of of customers as well as strangers in need.

If I could give the place a negative star I would! I went to buy a $212 starter came home saw that it was broken under a sticker that was on it, took it back to store less than 40 minutes from buying it, employer I was talking with says that it happens all the time and was calling his manager to get it exchanged, then Hispanic guy starts assuming and yelling out that I have drop it, which did not happened! After a few minutes of debating back and forth, manager didn’t exchange it because of what the employee said
