βHave you ever brought your car in to be serviced and braced yourself for the price estimate? Well, that was us recently when our car's computer alerted us that we needed new brakes. However at PARRISH AUTO SERVICE on Peacehaven near Robinhood, they really showed their integrity. They looked at the brakes and said they didn't care what the computer said, we didn't need new brakes, yet. They could have simply done the work and taken our money, but that didn't happen. Use this place if you want quality auto service and people with integrity!!β

βHad a warning light on my 2006 GMC Yukon saying to service tire pressure monitor. J Medic said they could do the job and was able to have it done same day. They also went over the vehicle, which I much appreciated, and said that my AC belt was worn and cracked and also recommended replacing the belt beside it since they were in there. I had them go ahead and do it to prevent a belt breaking. There was no pressure to do anything further as Iβm very particular about my vehicles and would rather be safe than sorry. The guys at the front desk were professional and one of them, Darryl, owned a Yukon too so he knew exactly about the vehicle. I highly recommend them.β
βLove my experiences with Twin City. One month ago my 2013 broke down. They diagnosed the timing chain. Most surprisingly they fixed it within a few hours! Recommended an oil change to within 500 miles to insure the the repair. Fast forward to the oil change. They wonderfully made the trek to my place of work, picked up my car, did the oil change, inspection and returned my vehicle within 2 hours. It was SO convenient and timely. Maverick was a pleasure to interact with. He called every time letting me know what was happening and with recommendations the technicians had. ?% would stand by this shop and how they conduct business. Definitely fair priced.β

βEveryone on their staff who I spoke to or texted with was extremely helpful, informative, and effectively communicated through every step. The invoicing and summary of what issues were found that need attention was extremely helpful. They worked diligently to confirm everything with my warranty and I appreciate them handling things with the warranty claim. Iβm even more grateful that they worked hard to find more affordable parts for my repairs because I had concerns about cost. They provided a financing recommendation and my warranty claim covered a majority of the expenses. The repairs were speedy, too! I took my car in on Monday and got it back by Thursday. I noticed a minor issue upon receiving my vehicle and that a pair of pliers were accidentally left under the hood, but I immediately sent a text updating them and arranged for someone to check my car again as soon as business reopened. In one day they immediately found the issue, fixed it, and improved things. I love that they have a shuttle service that took my Dad home from the shop, after he dropped my car off for me, and would pick him up from our house whenever my car was ready for pick up. Iβd recommend Christian Brothers to anyone who need repairs on their transmission or AC vents. Thank you Matthew, Jacob, and everyone else who helped!β

βI was given first class treatment in the care of my vehicle at the shop and outside the same. The owner looked out for my specific need and with the help of a very knowledgeable technician figured out a very complex issue with my MKZ that I had pretty much given up on. I give them a 5 Star rating very easily for good work and stellar customer service.
August 6, 2024: I brought my 2008 MKZ in for what I thought was a water leak. This was a real duh moment for me...turns out the coolant reservoir had simply kicked out the excess and no leakage was found. I appreciate the honesty and stellar customer service. By the way I owe one of the techs an over due lunch for troubleshooting what I thought was a hopeless alternator situation. I will take care of this sir.β
βI lucked into Everything Euro when I received a mailer. After moving from South Florida to Winston Salem North Carolina I was worried that I would have to rely on the Audi dealer for service. I had them install front brakes, change my brake fluid and install a 60 Month battery for substantially less than the Audi dealer would have charged.These guys do great work and they will have your vehicle ready when promised β¦β

Side note: Growing up as a woman in the rural South, you kind of learned a little bit about a lot of things. I know the basics of how how an engine works, but I couldn't take one apart/put it back together. It's important to find those tradesmen and subject matter experts that we can rely on and trust to not take advantage of our ignorance. I trust Mock Tire and all of their staff to provide us with quality service and honest work. βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβ

They were well mannered and honest while still upholding their professional aspect. Mike was super helpful. Very intelligent and knowledgeable. He is always a hoot and very hilarious. I enjoyed my time there and they were efficient on timing. I recommended anyone to get their car serviced there.β

βI will forever remember this place for the outstanding customer service everyone provided me while I had a BMW. They are truly honest and hard working people. I took my BMW to them a year ago to get my timing belt replaced along side a few other problems it had and they did a fantastic job on it. They offer honest and reasonable prices. Unfortunately my BMW burnt down a few months later due to an issue with the battery terminal. I had contacted Katie to see if I can set an appointment and she helped me through every step of the way. Now, instead of saying βyeah, weβll definitely fix itβ they had told me that they could do it if I wanted to go that route but ultimately the fix was gonna be too expensive which was understandable considering the amount of cables that were burnt down so I appreciated them being honest with me and straight forward. Where most other mechanics would scam you and take the money, the crew at motorsports connection gave me a choice and I will forever be grateful for that. I ended up getting a new car in the end since the repair was almost the same price as the fix, but ultimately I recommend this place for any BMW owner. They have a talented team that actually care for your vehicle. Undoubtedly the best place Iβve gone to, and thatβs to this day. Good mechanics are hard to come by these days so Iβm glad there is a place like motorsports connection. 10/10β

βDavid and his crew are not only TOP NOTCH, they are honest, do what they say and say what they do. NO hidden punches. They tell you what needs to be done, and they educate you on what has to be done, then give YOU the option of what you want to do. If you are smart, you can use them for everyday repairs, to oil changes, to anything. I can speak personally that he has saved me and my son MANY a bad days by helping us with our vehicles. everything from our van, our chevy's our BMW to our Lexus. He is an amazing person to do business with.... If you need a go to mechanic... he is the best one if you need a dependable mechanic team!! Oh yeah...
