“Really exceptional repair work and excellent communication from this enterprise. My SUV is 9 years old. It was involved in side swipe accident that damaged left side of vehicle. Front and rear fenders and front and rear doors had to be repaired/replaced. Due to vehicle's age, parts had to be sourced from non-OEM manufacturers. Ari (the owner) told me that this might take a little longer than normal as he wanted to find an original part that was the same color as my vehicle. This is highly desirable for reasons I won't go into, but is indicative of the care and quality of the work that Worldwide exhibits. I was told by my insurance claims agent that the repair estimate would take a few days to get approval from my insurer. Ari sent his estimate and photos of damage to the agent and it was approved in less than 24 hours. Ravi's estimate of 4 weeks to complete the repairs was conservative because he doesn't like to over promise customers. He finished the work in 3 weeks.
A neighbor saw the SUV the day I brought it back from the shop, and asked if I had gotten a new car. It really did look that good. I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I received and am glad to rate Ravi's operation as a 5-star shop.”
“I found this store after breaking a belt on the highway while pulling my camper. Angel and Sebastian were so helpful and went ABOVE and BEYOND trying to help me. It was pouring rain and I was stranded in the parking lot for about six hours, waiting on my husband and our mechanic. Angel spoke with my husband several times on the phone to make sure we had the right parts, even exchanging a part at closing time so I could get back on the road. Angel and Sebastian even gave me a dinner recommendation in the same shopping center while we were waiting. Finding these two young gentlemen who were so helpful and accommodating was truly a blessing! Thank you for all your help!”

“I was having a long rough day, my car's day was worse. Working on clearing the codes I found the problem and it almost left me stranded. Fortunately the team of Larry, Robbie, and Kecia, at their own inconvenience, got me what I needed to drive away instead of walking. They definitely went above and beyond when they didn't have to and others wouldn't. Thanks for not needing to ride share to get to work in Greensboro! They definitely have car knowledge but their customer service level is hard to coach or teach. Some companies seem to build up walls and prevent employees from helping out customers in the way they need it. This is a winning team!”
