The Best veterinarians I've ever had the honor and pleasure of meeting and knowing. I've taken my previous fur baby there for more than seven years, since adopting her at three months old. Dr. Geisler, vet tech, Zach, and all the team have ALWAYS been courteous, kind, compassionate, understanding and highly professional EVERY time. I trust them and love them so much that even when I moved from Winston Salem, NC to Charlotte, NC, I'd still make the trip (plan a whole day of it) just to make sure my pup was getting the best care with the familiar faces we've come to know and appreciate.

I was a child when my parents found them. Times may have changed, business has changed, staff has changed, and expectations of Pet owners have changed. You cant walk in expecting miracles. But I myself have watched and observed Dr. Ray and several others ,handle a couple of the times I knew there was no hope...and cats and dogs have made MIRACULOUS recovery. My family and I have spent money through the years there. People can say what they want....but you get what you pay for. I'm not saying there are not places as good or maybe even better then Ard-Vista, but Ill bet no vet cares ,has the knowledge, the experience, cares we much and is as passionate. As far as the techs or receptionist...I'm sure people have bad days. That's human. You have a bad day with a sick pet, they may have a bad day from losing their own, or some other life changing events. Id be fine if I was treated like a jackass...and they fix a problem to save my cat Meep Meep., which literally took place less than a month ago. They now one could do better. Sorry for the rant. I'll never go anywhere else. and if they can't handle a problem or there is a special procedure...they know who can. And if nothing can be done......it hurts. But it breaks their heart too. Euthanizing pet. Anyone who mourns the loss of my pet with me is what is known as family. Period. Do yourselves a favor. Trust them. Trust them. And .....trust them. And if you don't understand or are indeed confused or unhappy....TELL THEM then. Dont sulk knowing you didn't open your mouth. Now end of rent......and I leave you with this.....Want to see what Ard- Vista is really made of? Walk in there scared to death something is wrong with your doggie or Kitty with out an Appointment bc you don't know where else to go.m..watch them...that's how you know these people legit. Best vet sll around in this city. Price me wrong. ???????

I have been using Ard-Vista for 14 years. They are very concerned about my pet and his needs. The people are very nice and the staff are friendly. My dog loves his vet!

This has been the best experience I've ever had with a vet. I rescued an adult dog that needs a lot of accommodations. So, it's really hard to find a vet's office I feel comfortable taking him to because of this. Also, we've completed a lot of training since he was adopted, but I still worry I might be judged as a dog owner for the fact that he still has some behavior quirks. I didn't have to worry with either of these things at this office.
They were really, really patient and understanding with both my dog and I, along with being very informative, when a very unexpected health issue came up that required the assistance of other offices. These offices required referrals, which Dr. Gessner promptly handled, along with great communication through email to address all of my many follow up questions.
I can't say enough great things about Dr. Gessner. Additionally, I would like to highlight that on some visits the office seemed busy, and all of the staff members I observed, or spoke with remained calm and organized. Thank you all so much for your services.

Lady at reception that I spoke to around 1pm must have been having a bad day. She was very blunt and negative. Hopefully it's not like this all the time. I'll amend my review after our appointment.

I absolutely love Ard-Vista! They were always extremely careful with my yorkie who had terrible health issues and a collapsed trachea. They saw us through both of my previous girls' passings and were so respectful of them through the process. Dr. Morrison even sent us heartfelt, handwritten card about how special he could tell our little Piper was to us and how sorry he was for our loss. We now have 3 Maltese. Dr. Gessner is our regular vet and he is extremely patient with me and my 1,000 questions as a constantly anxious dog mom. He always takes great care of my dogs and is very careful during procedures. The entire staff is fantastic and Jessica up front is an angel. I can not say enough good things about them.

The staff and vet were great. I took my cat for some GI issues and they treated him and called me a few days later to follow up and check in on him.

I took 2 of my 5 dogs for their check ups today. It was their 2nd routine checkup at Ard-Vista. Dr. Gessner was very straightforward, clear and thorough on the explanations and very professional. The tech who took care of my dogs was very friendly and professional as well. I really liked how the business was carried out. I have been looking for a permanent vet hospital to bring all of my dogs to after my long time vet, Dr. Gillis, who took care of my dogs for 13 years closed her practice permanently. I am planning to transfer my 3 older dogs here soon, too.

Dr. Patton is wonderful with our boy! Patient and understanding of his fear of a visit to the doctor, she doesn't rush through the exam. We love Dr. Patton and are so happy we found her!

We have been dealing with Ard-Vista for more than 15 years now. Eight days ago, we adopted another dog, and she has some real issues from the place we adopted her from. We were not aware of the issues until Ard-Vista examined her from front to back and then some. This past Sunday we had a major issue with the dog and (they were closed on Sunday) but one of the Vets met us at the office to provide additional medicine since the situation was somewhat critical. That is what I call above and beyond to take care of our new baby German Shepherd. Adrian

We have been taking our dogs here for years. Changed vets briefly when we moved but we’re not as happy. Everyone here is always so nice and helpful. Always feel like we’re getting our pets the care they deserve!
