Pros:We love it here. Our dogs have received nothing but love and care. Our first dog has been coming here for almost 8 years. We got a new puppy recently and we know she is in great hands.Cons:A little pricey but what is your family (pet) worth to you? To each its own ??♀️

I'm not sure what happened but the last two visits I made to this location made me feel absolutely terrible. The vet has misunderstood me multiple times and those misunderstandings left me uncomfortable furthering my relationship with this location. I've since taken my dog elsewhere.

Really not i.pressed. called to get an appointment have my pets routine checkups done and was hung up on! Multiple times! Great customer service guys. Guess I won't be going here

I have only had 3 encounters at this vet office but I appreciate each of them tremendously. I have a number of animals but this pertains to my CHICKENS. I have about a dozen, and love my girls like pets. Each time I have had an illness, injury or problem, I call Arcadia. I have been accommodated quickly each time with a prompt response. I am always a “work in”, but am seen within 20 minutes. My chickens are treated like the valued pets that they are, and Dr Kayler is helpful and kind. So far, they have all survived. Cannot tell you how much I appreciate this vet and her willingness to help all creatures. I found the prices very reasonable. 5 stars. Would give 10 if I could.

My cats have been patients for several years now and when I called for emergency service I was told by Susan to go somewhere else they were to busy to see my bleeding cat!! Wow what a shame. I will take my business to Hickory Tree Vets from now on.
