“Our 10yo Dyson is almost as good as new. Top notch customer service and they finished a day early. My old girl is working, sounding, looking and smelling right nice. 4 stars because it was a bit pricey. It was worth it and I'll be using them again. I'm actually considering one of theirs that has a 10 year parts and 7 year labor warranty. I'll let you know if I get one...”
“You can’t go anywhere these days and get someone who genuinely wants to help you, but if you come here you’ll find all the help you need and guys that are knowledgeable and anxious to help! I’m not a plumber and barley know anything about plumbing, but I came into the store today not knowing what I needed. The guys went out of there way to figure out how I could get the job done. “Nice store and very organized. Employees were nice and helpful. I got a practically new office chair for $20. Some of the furniture seemed high price. But it was very nice furniture that probably was very expensive when purchased new. Some nice antique furniture was there. Every thing I saw was lightly used and taken care of.”

“I purchased a lawn mower as a father's day gift for my husband in the store that was actually sold only online. I had it delivered to my home. Unfortunately, I needed help to get it assembled. Although the store policy was that I could not have the lawnmower assembled by the store (even though the gentleman that does the assembles was in the store at the time) there were a few store associates that went out of the way to assist and did so outside in the sweltering heat. I want to thank them for all that they did and give a shout out to Gene, Ramona, Jason and Swairu. Thank you so very much.”

“Went to get straw after waiting 20 minutes for an associate to come help us at Lowe’s. The lady in the garden center “M” was very sweet and helpful!! She called another associate to help us load the straw and he showed up in seconds. His name is Warren! Just wanted to brag on these employees for being so kind and helpful:)

Long story short, the staff at Winston Salem store took care of me right away as they understood the situation and was compensated for the problems I've been through. Their staff were kind and sympathizes with you, and their manager, Ryan, was professional and took care of my problem right away. He understood the value of making your customers happy, for possible "repeat" customers for the future. Thank you all!”
