Good overall experience from sale to delivery. It was pouring rain on our delivery day. If the delivery guys wore shoe covers, it would be 5-Star.

I started shopping for a mattress and thought it would be a long process. Walked into America’s mattress and Danah was great…told her what I was looking for and she directed me to one on sale which was just what I wanted. Done in 10 minutes. Great experience

Danah was very knowledgeable and spent as much time as we wanted. She showed us quite a few models, then helped narrow our choices down. Then she left us to examine the beds and discuss our options on our own. No pressure tactics at all. A very pleasant experience.

We got “last year’s model “. We were told that it felt exactly the same as the one on the floor just a different color. When we got home, we found it was not the same. It was hard as a rock. What a waste of money. We can’t return it. We are now trying to give it away so that we can buy a new mattress that we can actually sleep on at a different store.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Rick from Americas Mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mr. Rick was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient as we navigated the mattress buying process. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and found us the perfect Mattress. He is quite the character! He enjoyed my many failed attempts at bartering! LOL

I walked in and Mr Rick Hill was helping another couple but took 2 mins to ask me what I was looking for and told me if I gave him 15mins he’d help me with a great deal. 15 mins later he did exactly that. I was able to walk out with 2 bed sets at a great price within my budget. Id recommend anyone to him!
