Scheduled a visit online to be seen in office for contact prescription. I found out that it was going to be having a virtual visit. I go in and wait for the doctor to finally come online to be told that he doesn’t do contact prescriptions! Why take my case if you do not write for them virtually? Then he says that he felt my eyes needed to be evaluated by a provider in person. It didn’t matter that I had the information from my actual real eye doctors that I see regularly. Then since he had took my “case” online the other provider that does write for contacts via a virtual appointment wouldn’t take my “case”!Only reason I came here was for contact prescription because CEENTA no longer will provide contact exams for anyone. The absolute worst experience ever! Highly recommended that no one ever goes here especially if you need contacts or if you have any issues with your eyes ever!

Pablo was the best!!! If it wasn’t for him I would be taking my business elsewhere. He let me know how much my insurance covered for each person which has never been done when I come. And with that being said I know I got over charged last year when I came. You need more people onboard with great customer service and happy to do their jobs like Pablo!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. I have worn glasses for over 40 years and I have never had such terrible customer service or poorly made glasses. They advertise low prices, but if you wear progressive lenses, you are going to pay A LOT!! I thought it would save me money but I sacrificed quality glasses and didn't save much money. I will never give them my business again. I went back to Lenscrafters and was very pleased. I should have never left them in the first place.

Akevious assisted me with such kindness and patience and answered all of my questions. The entire staff was sweet and kind. Thank you America’s Best for having a wonderful staff to assist us with choosing the best Eyewear for our visual, and financial needs. I hope Akevious is there every time I visit, he was so awesome!!!? dtorbit

My first visit was two years ago and it was very pleasant. Everyone was helpful and quite friendly. A few weeks ago I called about repairs for my glasses. I spoke with a young lady who was very helpful to my needs. She told me even though I hadn’t been there in a few years, to come in and she was sure someone could repair my glasses possibly at no cost. I did come in days later, and to two employees talking amongst themselves. The two, the young lady and gentlemen were not at all friendly, not at all. However, he did fix my glasses. I then said thank you you all have a great day. And no response so I walked out. That was not professional at all.

My 1st and LAST time going to Americas Best... I don't even know where to start. From the very rude doctor to it's been MONTHS (Over 3) and I still haven't received my full order. It started off with myself and son coming in for our appointment & both of us got horrible news and needed to see a specialist. I picked up our glasses and neither of us could see out them because they forgot to center if correctly...My son, age 9, was falling at home as well as school & since we were told we just needed to "get use to the glasses" his teacher ensured he wore them... He complained of major headaches and when I myself was not "getting use to them" and my son falling all downstairs I made a new appointment. We came to the appointment and the doctor had an attitude that we were back!!! She took us in the back room and was VERY aggressive and rude and even though she had told them she would re-do our exam she didn't fully re-do mine. The lady in the front noticed what was going on about our glasses and said that she keeps telling them to ensure they do it correctly. So, we had to dropoff our glasses and here I am today...Greensboro Americas Best stated they sent them off 4 days after to Winston-salem Americas best but I never got a call and here I am over 3months later calling inquiring about my sons last pair. I spent over $500 and I've gotten better service for less, I will NEVER return. If they can't find these glasses (waiting on the call) someone better start talking refund.I forgot to mention I NEVER RECEIVED MY TRIAL CONTACT LENSES. Wasted all that money for that particular eye exam, I could've gotten a regular exam.Update: The store/Greensboro called to say they LOST my sons other pair of glasses!! Greensboro is pointing their fingers at the other but truthfully they BOTH sucked. She advised that she will remake them and send to my home but when I asked about being able to require a signature she told me the store cant do that. Im looking into finding a number for Corporate.

Staff was very nice and made the experience fun! Would totally come again when I need new glasses! Exam was fast and the doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel stressed or pressured to answer and was just a pleasant experience all together.

We visited the Winston Salem location and were greeted by Mr Neil Vermeulen, who was eager to help us. He was generous with his smiles, his jokes, when I told him that he's ? great, and his service were above and beyond (he cleaned our glasses , gave us cloth wipes because at our last visit, they ran out), adjusted our old and new glasses, etc.

Decent selection of reasonably priced glasses. For what you're getting it's definitely a great price with eyeglass exam included. If you need contact exam, the price is not included in the special. I saw my dr virtually this time but the tech was involved and hands on. I thought I'd dislike the virtual more than I did honestly.

We went in for an appointment for me and my three kids. They were kind and welcoming. They did all the test with ease and when we were done they went above and beyond to make sure I could afford the glasses. As a single dad, every little bit of savings goes a long way.

I needed my glasses fixed on a Sat morning and my eye doctor's office was closed. C Distinctive eye ware was kind enough to let me walk in and fix them while replacing the nose pads.
