Loved this store. It had all the new trendy clothes my daughter was looking for. Great atmosphere. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Crystal was fantastic! The dressing room area was very nice, complete with customers names being put on their dressing room door. I felt the service was very personalized. They take great pride in this store and attention to detail means alot. Right down to the purchases being wrapped in tissue paper and their classy shopping bags. I highly recommend this store and will be back again and again!

the woman i spoke to, alexis, i think was her name. was very rude, spoke to me as if i was not important. if she treats customers like that, i can only imagine how she treats her employees.

People are nice it was clean the only time we had a problem was at Chick-fil-A they were very mean I have anxiety and it's very hard for me to talk and I was trying my best and they were saying to speak up and that I'm not a baby

If you had asked me a few years ago if I would recommend Hanes mall, I would have said no. You never saw security, the mall was super gross, and it just did not feel safe! However now, every time you go you are GUARANTEED to see security, the mall is a little cleaner (still kinda gross tho) but it just feels safer! I went again recently and saw at least 3 different security officers in the hour and a half I was there. Then when I went to leave I couldn't find my car, I called the security and asked for help, in under five minutes there was an officer there, the nice young man drove around the entire parking lot and found my car for me, then he came in his car and drove me over to my car! My only complaint is the number for security was hard to find, I could no find it anywhere on the mall website, I had to go to the mall office and get a business card. There are still plenty of good stores in this mall and it's definitely worth going to!

Great store, awesome selection of cute and trendy clothes, and terrific customer service. The staff are on the floor readily available to help. Nothing like looking around for an employee only to find there aern't any to help. The dressing room experience is also a nice touch with a customized whiteboard name.

This location is a well-kept one, I'll say that! My gripe is with the online service of this chain as a whole. I ordered a mesh shirt online, and it was very thin with duller colors. It wasn't worth the price, so I returned it. I would not recommend ANYONE attempt to order/return online. Approximately $18 was deducted from a $50 order for a shipping label (which you print yourself, I might add) shipping itself, and also tax (what and why??). All this was according to their customer service. I saw on the site there would be a $7 shipping label charge (that in itself is ridiculous since all they do is email it to you and you print it), but I wasn't expecting all the rest. Utterly insane. I ended up getting around $30 back, less even than the subtotal of the order. So I lost almost $20 for nothing. Can you imagine paying $20 just to return a mesh top? Needless to say, return shipping is absolutely horrendous, and I wouldn't recommend anyone order online unless you have a store nearby or are sure you won't be returning. Obviously, I won't be buying anything again. The cherry on top? I tried to leave this review on the actual site, and they refused to post it, citing that I had "mentioned pricing," which they don't allow. I wonder why. Their online return process is criminal, and the fact that they wouldn't post this review is so unbelievable.

Great mall. Safe environment with shopping options for everyone. Very clean. Appeared to have some local shops as well.

Absolutely love this store. Not many clothes fit my daughter as she's so tiny. They fit her body type & looked amazing. Love the Christian music & the staff, very informed about the products & oh so kind. We will certainly be back many times over.

Have not been in Hanes Mall in over 5 yrs. Me and my wife used to go there on Fri. or Sat. night and walk around shopping, also eating there. This was back in the late 80's or early 90's. There was really very little problems there back then. Now its nothing but a collection point for all the hood rats. I would not go back in there if you gave me the merchandise for free. Stay Away !!! As far as that goes Winston-Salem is nothing but a toilet nowdays !!!!!!!
