Ashley is absolutely amazing!! She is so welcoming and sweet and an amazing colorist and stylist. I have never been happier with my hair!! I was so blown away by the results! The salon itself is such a quiet and relaxing spot. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great salon to change up their look!

Roy was wonderful! He squeezed me in last minute for highlights and a trim and did an amazing job at an affordable price. I love redken products and am very picky about my blonde but he nailed it, and even took the extra time to style and curl my fresh color. Thanks Roy!!

Every time I go there I have to see someone different to cut my hair which means it's not even a good place for the employees to work apparently. This most recent time I asked where the last stylist went so I could for once stick with the same stylist and the receptionist, Brittany, tried to withhold the information and got very rude with me on the phone. Before trying to locate the last stylist elsewhere, I had made an appointment with yet another stylist at Allure which I wanted to keep unless I was able to locate the most recent stylist, but Brittany decided to cancel my appointment without my knowledge or consent so after waiting nearly 3 weeks I was unable to get in since my appointment was taken out of the system. I only found this out by calling the store since I never got my day-before-confirmation call. Then, Brandi said she would possibly get me in with another new stylist while offering a discount for my troubles. She was going to call me back "in 5 minutes" which never happened. I can understand a salon not wanting to provide the information as to where their stylists go when they leave to continue receiving business, but how do they know I wouldn't still come there for other services they offer? Horrible customer service!
