I have previously made a Google review. It is impossible to recommend this group for moving based on their neglect of management and customer service. Unfortunately, All My Sons do not deserve a 1-star review due to the damage they caused to my furniture and new construction home (property). So here's an update: After the damage to my property was found, I proceeded with a claim with All My Son's Claims department. Their response is a Docusign of $210. So let's retreat to the damage: dropped $2000 piano, broken ottoman leg $200, broken $1500 King bedframe, and brand new construction walls (damage, sweat marks, holes, dents, etc.). I received a quote for the walls to be redone, and it will cost $1400 (we are not painting walls; he needs to repair the holes and dents they caused). The broken ottoman leg cannot be repaired, so I must purchase another one. As for the piano, it will need a lot of work. The first Docusign was for the amount of $210. They did not look at the photos nor took into consideration that the property is brand new. We refused the $210, and then they decided to counter with $300 and then $350. With a numerous amount of reaching out to the company, we were met with failure to communicate. I then reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and after 2.5 months, All My Sons Moving Company replied with an email that "Claim will remain in the maximum amount of $350." The damages that were done cost more than the move, and we are extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and honesty on their part. My husband and I have been in customer and sales service for many years, and we have an understanding of how bad of an impact it will cause if you provide terrible service. We don't understand that you pay for a service and the outcome is no communication and possibly a bot to reply after numerous attempts. We tried calling management with no reply, they are apathetic. The management of the process and the managers involved are just clearly doing their job. They have no concern about it, which has caused our new home experience to be less than satisfactory. We do not recommend this company, especially how they managed our issue.

We just used All My Sons and had two fabulous young men that were VERY hard workers. They never stopped. They knew exactly what they were doing. This was a local move and they had a one bedroom condo and many boxes moved in 2 hours. They were impressive and worked very well as a team of two. I couldn't have done it better myself. They were very respectful of my furniture, wrapped it VERY well and carefully carried each piece out...then back in the new location. It's hard to find good workers these days and these two young men should be commended-- Elijah and Armando. Thank you for treating my belongings as you would your own.

Do not use this company for MULTIPLE reasons. They showed up a hour late with no phone call. Apparently they had issues with the truck. Once they arrived I walked them through the house and showed them what was being moved. When I booked the move, the supposed manager, Jeff, talked me into paying for a 4th guy, as it would “save me money in the end”. So for $249 per hour I had 4 guys. They knew very well that my items were being moved into storage but proceeded to wrap all of my furniture in moving pads. The lead came into the house and noticed it and had them unwrap all the furniture because they couldn’t leave their moving pads. So I’m now paying to have it wrapped, unwrapped and rewrapped in paper and shrink wrap. All because they could not follow instructions to begin with. Maybe it was because I caught one of the guys smoking marijuana in my back yard!!! I called Jeff immediately and he was very apologetic. Credited me for 30 minutes of time (which wrapping, unwrapping and rewrapping took much longer than that). And then basically credited me $20 per hour for the weed smoker. He said he was going to call me a a speak with me again after the move was complete but he didn’t. One of the guys was in the back yard taking pictures of the lake and geese…. All while I am paying an hourly rate. The guys were very nice but clearly not experienced movers. I had all my boxes staged in the garage for ease and efficiency. All they had to do was move minimal furniture and lots of boxes. The entire move took them 7 hours, which was absolutely ridiculous. What I had estimated to cost me around $1,000 was $1,900. Never heard from Jeff, the manager. I should have been credited MUCH more than I was. I will never use them again and definitely will not recommend them to anyone!!

They are currently moving a family out of our apartment building. At 8:30 this morning (Sunday) I wake to the sounds of the two men dragging hand trucks up and down the stairs. They are very rude and not professional. I wouldn’t hire this company if it was free!

We had a huge move and I had a difficult time finding anyone to do the move. We were moving to a home 4 hours away. So it was an over night move. The guys did a great job and actually made it fun!

BEWARE of this business- we got a quote from Jeff based on an inflated inventory list and were charged TWICE the estimated cost for less furniture than was on the estimate. I understand a couple hundred dollars difference, but this kind of discrepancy is bad business (Quote $850, actual cost $1700). Larry was the manager we spoke to who refused to compensate anything for our unacceptable administrative experience.
Derrick and Casey were a wonderful crew to work with and the only reason for an extra star. Despite their hard work, we will not be using this dishonest company in the future.

This company does not give Women a fair chance at employment. I got Hired as a driver. Went out on a job, when we got back, the young gentleman that I was with said One of the Operations manager wanted to speak to him. I am not an idiot, I know that he wanted to inquire how I did. Well they say if you are on schedule for the next day you will get a text by 2. We had returned at 2:30. They used the sure we hire just to make it look as if they don't discriminate on Women but in actuality they do.The guys have good customer, I guess it just depends on the crew you get. But as far a this company being fair to women being employed with them, they actually are not.

Terrible terrible service. 0/10 would not recommend this company for your moving needs. Roger was the most disrespectful and inconsiderate mover I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. As he was putting my bed in my room he stated “This mattress must have a lot of miles on it” implying his own assumption about my sex life. when i got visibly uncomfortable and ignored that statement he repeated it 2x to make his point while laughing and looking at me because he specifically wanted a reaction.
When i scheduled them i spoke to a manager and specifically asked for him to let the movers know i would have them to assemble my motorized base because it had to be taken apart for the move. The manager claimed he would make a note on the reservation and communicate that with the team. When they arrived both men acted like i was inconveniencing them with this information and they claimed they didn't get that information from their manager because “they never tell us nothing.” So roger told me “you better give me a good tip for this”
He put my motorized base together halfway i only found out after the fact because after they left i found half of the bolts to my bed that were all provided to him in a bag still in that bag hidden in the room. Like why would you do that?
He looked at the wallpaper of my pregnant family member on my phone unprovoked and said “im surprised someone got HER pregnant”
He asked me several times about my relationship status and if i had a boyfriend. It was very creepy and unsettling how he kept trying to get an answer to this question. He seemed way too invested in my personal life as a complete stranger and someone i hired for professional service.
His attitude was so incredibly poor the entire move. He scolded me for calling him “sir” as if he is not a complete stranger to me. Stating “stop calling me sir, im __ years old” its the south. I call most men that i dont know sir. Its respectful in my opinion.
before they left i handed him a $20 bill for the tip he took it and pointed to his partner asking “wheres his?” i told him thats for y'all to split. He had a problem with this too talking about “i don't have change you're going to have to give him something. “
Ive moved so many times since college and even the way these two put the boxes in the home was backwards. The way they didn’t even follow my instructions was so confusing. They seemed to do everything incredibly lazy and without thought or consideration.
Ive never had any movers treat me this way or my belongings but i hated this experience with all my sons so much.
Overall the company seems to be put together on the outside when you look at their website but once they get to your property they will make advances towards you, disrespect, degrade, and half way put your bed together. Then demand a tip for piss poor service. Then refuse to split the tip. Or at least roger will go out of his way to make sure any woman customers feel shamed, unsafe, & degraded throughout the duration of the move. Go anywhere else if you can

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....I got a quote from several companies and ALL MY SONS quote would have been the best price...WRONG!!!! On my confirmation email, it stated that 3 men would be moving me. Only 2 showed up. Plus I only had one complete bedroom to move and the rest were boxes, totes and one TV. It took these 2 men 4.5 hours and I was charged $1260. I wouldn't have booked them if I had known this. The other companies quotes were a lot less and I would have booked one of them. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!! The next day I called and talked to one of the Greensboro managers named Larry. I explained my concerns to him but he didn't care. He said he will adjust my quote based on 2 men which will give me a refund of $200.00. Really!!! So my final cost is $1000.00 and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK quote was $750.00. NEVER, NEVER USE ALL MY SONS MOVERS!!!!!

The three movers Mike, Martelli, and Jonathan were all very helpful and kind. They moved at a very good pace and were very helpful with bringing our items to storage and to a new location. It also didn’t hurt that they were all fine ash. Definitely using them again.

**** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY *****I used this company a couple of weeks ago to move my house and my experience was terrible! They guys argued the whole time with each other. They were slow, the clock starts when they get there and you are charged by time. If they would have worked together they could have been done 2 hours sooner. They spent 45 minutes trying to get my refrigerator out of the door. I told them numerous times to stop and they just kept saying " oh we got this." They tore the refrigerator up, dents, scratches, hyper extended the doors and bent the hinge. This is not repairable. The refrigerator is less than 2 years old cost almost $3000 and I still owe money on it. They offered me $150!!!!!! Their claims department said thats all they could give us b/c we didnt buy an extra insurance policy through them. So that being said if you dont buy the extra insurance that just gives them free rein to tear your stuff up and not have to replace it. Save your time and money and DO NOT USE THEM!

Jawan Leath and Mike Moore came to my home today to move some boxes and furniture from a pod in my driveway into my home. They arrived on time and worked on the project in a timely manner. As a REALTOR, I am horrified by the embarrassing "service" my clients experienced at the hands of this company. My clients had nearly exclusively antique and sentimental furniture moved by this company in Sept 2023. This company destroyed their personal belongings. Not only were the majority of their personal property broken, but they had personal property severely water damaged, which was SHOCKING, being that they were paid to hold the furniture for one night prior to the delivery. In addition, the company quoted them for a certain number of movers; they charged them more, sent less, and damaged their personal property. They also insulted the clients in their own home, which was overheard by the clients themselves. This company is the single worst moving company in the entire region. I seriously recommend using any other possible moving company within your area. This company created more damage than these clients' previous 9 moves combined. As a REALTOR, I could and would never again consider recommending this company, as they do not perform appropriate work, nor will they make it right when they mess up egregiously.

I promised myself to only write a negative review only if it could be used to help people in a meaningful way. In this case I’ll start by having been quoted $1800- $2600 but it ended up costing me about $5,000.The move out was chaotic with me having to leave to buy them more boxes. In addition they came unprepared to pack mirrors and art work. As I was away boxes marked to go in the car ended up going in the truck, including my boxes containing care products, necessary clothes , medication, pet food and care etc.Never let them leave without you following them. I was caught up in an accident and re-routed by GPS was unable to give them a reliable ETA. They left and returned to their headquarters. They didn’t return until two days later leaving me with the clothes on my back and a pet for two days.Unpacking is a challenge as bathroom towels are with kitchen utensils, makeup with shoes and I still haven’t found the power cord for the Dyson.And this was just a one bedroom, den and living room move from Raleigh to Winston-Salem.
