Alison is a very honest person. I dropped my wallet on the corner of her establishment and my wife and I headed down to Daytona and I realized that I lost my wallet when I tried to use an ATM. I was stressed out but was relieved when we arrived to our house four days later and found a note on our door from Alison stating that she found my wallet!All contents were in my wallet. Really trustworthy person. High integrity.THANK YOU AGAIN ALISON AND MAY YOU RECEIVE MANY BLESSINGS, TEN FOLDS!

Alison vending machines are total pieces of garbage I have pictures to prove it. This has happened multiple times to me and many of my co-workers!They purposely rip people off ! The machine takes your money and doesn't dispense the item. I swiped my card it took 2.75 from my account. I called to ask for help and I got an extremely rude woman who told me it was my bad luck and if I needed the money that bad to wait for the route vending tech to come by. When you use a vending machine look for the name Alison up on the left hand corner of the machine if you see it DO NOT USE!

Everything I get out of their vending machines is either expired or stale. Yuck!

Anytime a certain item is out in the drink machine, it still charges me for it. Then I have to cancel and do it all over again which charges me again. This problem would go away if yall would check your machines more often. Theres never amy diet dew in the machine. I dont know why I bother. I should just speak with the company on getting a new vending service. Machine management is lacking severely. ###This is in response to the response from Allison vending. I never said the problem was at zoo city raceway park. That just happens to be my company I'm making the comment from. The issue I'm have was at Adele Knits.

We are a hotel that reported an issue on 2/;29/20 with takiing money and giving no product. I understand you re closed on Saturdsy, however a voicemail was left. We have not yet heard back from the company. Phoned again this AM (3/5/20). Hope to get resolved, as our guests are complaining.
