The staff at Affordable Cremation Services were very kind, helpful, and understanding of our family’s specific needs. They worked with us over the phone and email since we live 3 hours away. I was also able to save several hundred dollars compared to the prices at the crematory closer to where our family member lived. Lastly, their catalog of urns has a good variety of choices and we are pleased with the beautiful urn when it arrived by mail.

This place was a God sent, the young lady (Sandra T.) Was very professional and accommodating. I recevied the same quality of service each time I had to meet with a consultant. I am giving it a five-star rating because the service was just that good.

Worked will with us to obtain necessary consents by email. Professional, sensitive, and efficient. While remains could have been shipped, our family opted to pick them up in person and the staff was very respectful. Overall about as good as it could be.
