The guy who answers the phone is extremely rude! Snarky and no manners. Had to call twice because they wouldn't answer the first time. Would not recommend using their services.

My experience with them has been great. I called the day before, they got the new windshield in the next day, but found out it was the wrong one and was able to still get me a windshield and installed it the same day! no waiting. And the price was amazing. Give them a try you wont be disappointed. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

Couldn't be more pleased. He was the least expensive option by AT least 55 dollars, closer to 100 for the majority of places I called, and I probably called 8 different shops. He got me scheduled within a couple days, and the installation took right at an hour, like he said it would. He also quoted me exactly what he charged, tax included, out the door. He also provides a warranty. Very nice guy and efficient service.

Great service, extremely affordable. Got an appointment an hour after I called and the chip in my windshield was fixed in minutes. The unbeatable pricing and the friendly, prompt, high quality service blew me out of the water - this level of good, honest work is something you don’t see too often. We did not get a chance to do business with Affinity. I called from out of state the first week of school to get help for my kid whose car had been broken into. The man who answered the phone was irritated when he answered. I explained the situation and had questions. He had no patience at all with my questions. Spoke to me quite rudely and condescendingly. I told him I would find another option and called another local installer. He could not have been nicer. The other dealer answered my questions and has my service scheduled in the same call. Pretty simple with some common courtesy.

Incredibly fast service, great cost, amazing quality. Needed a windshield replaced and they scheduled an appointment for the very next day! They are true to what they originally quote and are very knowledgeable about anything car-related.
